Pros: The property itself is very comfortable. Our room provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets, and the breakfast was truly wonderful - a highlight of our mornings. A solid choice for travellers who prioritise a central location and a good night’s sleep.

Cons: While the stay was functional and comfortable, we felt it lacked the warm, immersive sense of Moroccan hospitality we had anticipated. The interaction felt more transactional. On arrival, there was a very strong smell of cat urine in the common areas, which unfortunately carried into our room. Fortunately the scent did dissipate and became much less noticeable as the stay progressed,

Pros: This Riad is amazing, really authentic but clean and comfortable. It's the cleanest Riad we have seen during our trip in Morocco.

Cons: The position is not very easy to find. Don't follow the address provided by booking, if you check the name on google maps you will find it more easily. Still,. Fes is a mess, ask locals to walk you to the Riad, they will just ask for 5/10MAD, not a big deal. Not the most friendly staff ever seen, but fine

Wonderful place to stay at when in Fez

Pros: We had a fantastic stay in Fez thanks to our hosts at Dar Belmamoun. We even decided to stay an extra night since it was so comfortable and convenient there. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and saw to all our requests with great attention.

Pros: The rooftop spots to hang out in. The shower was really nice too. Good location in relation to finding it withing the outskirts of the Medina. Othman was very nice to talk to. Helped with any questions. Nice rooms. Very cosy. Came back and stayed a second time within two weeks.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Communication with Otman, who was expecting us in the street so we didn´t have a problem to find it, the beauty of the house, clean rooms, nice view from the terrace and tasty breakfast. The location was also great - close to the parking and to medina :-)

Pros: Everything was good in general. The room is a bit dark,there is no Windows,but this is a feature of the structure. The room is spacious enough. Great glazed terassa and looking on the roof.

Cons: Smell of sewage. The air refreshers are installed, but this did not fix the problem.
