Very enjoyable get away place !

Pros: Very quiet, lovely place outside of Marrakech. Gorgeous pool, very nice and helping staff. Very comfy bed. Very good traditional hammam spa service

Pros: Beautiful cozy rooms, with the eye for the detail! The whole resort is perfect: super pool, nice pool beds, good menu choice. The staff is very kind! Perfect for a getaway from the city (around 30 min from Marrakesh).

Cons: Distance to the Medina was totally okay for us as we were looking for a place like that!

Pros: I was travelling meeting up with family so only there for 1 night, the location is so tranquil and beautiful gardens. The rooms have a lovely boutique feel with everything you need. Thank you Khalid for the kind service, taking the time to explain everything and show me to my room.

Pros: Truly a gem in Marrakech, it’s ideal to disconnect and have some peace It’s located at 30 min from the center if you don’t have a car it’s okey they can call a taxi for you The rooms are very very good and comfy The pool is very nice and the staff is so kind and professional

Relaxing

Pros: The moment we walked onto the property, we felt a sense of calm wash over us. This property exceeded our expectations and the photos definitely do not do it justice at all. The room was spacious, big bed, and nice bathrooms with a big shower. The towels are soft as are the pillows. The staff were very accommodating in organizing us a transfer to the airport early on checkout day as well as arranging a pickup when our tour bus couldn't navigate the narrow roads to the property. I had also forgotten something in our room, which the hotel sent with another resident living in the UK to mail to me.

Cons: Nothing! It was perfect.

Perfection in every aspect!

Pros: Attention to detail!The decoration is modern Moroccan style with attention to colours! The grounds are so well kept,big communal areas for every purpose. The staff was amazing!Youssef,the manager is a real treasure for the business and Khalid made the best refreshing mocktails. Breakfast and meals were great and had a homely feel.10/10 the entire staff made our days and we are looking forward to coming back next time we find ourselves in Marrakesh.

Excellent stay, excellent hosts. A relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of our stay in the city

Pros: The room that we eventually got moved to was fantastic and comfortable. All of the hosts were attentive and kind, making the stay very enjoyable. Laying by the pool was relaxing, and despite it only being a short stay for us, they were able to fit us in for massages, body scrubs and pedicures.

Cons: The location was a bit in the middle of nowhere and and getting there in the evening using a taxi from Marrakesh was a bit of an ordeal, driving in pitch darkness through sandy roads with little signage. Regarding this, the resort does have taxi firm(s) they work with and will make it easier getting to and from the property, their drivers who know what they're getting into and prices are transparent in that case. Another issue was that the AC in our original room had issues, not working very well and very noisy - we were told it was because of a recent sandstorm. Luckily they were able to move us after our first night, since they wouldn't have been able to get an engineer our until a later date.

Everything was amazing, we loved our stay and felt very welcome and looked after.

Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast and food, a calm relaxed atmosphere and great pool.
