Lovely, relaxing stay just want what needed for a few days in the sun

Pros: Beautiful property, staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable few days

Cons: There’s a lot of cats, they didn’t bother us but if your not a cat person then you may struggle with so many being around inside and outside the hotel

Pros: Palace Africa looks amazing, there are a lot of things to do on the territory (swimming pool, gym, table tennis). Design is very beautiful, every detail is fascinating As it is a bit cold in December the room was equipped with hitter, in the room was kettle and TV

Cons: Located a bit far from the city center, for the first time in Morocco was difficult to understand how to get there, we haven’t check before that no shops near. But we recommend to visit Josef boulangerie near by. For dinner turkey was very salty and administration offered cola and sprite to fix the problem. Also we asked is it possible to pay by card for dinner, we received yes answer from the administration, but in the end it turned out that you can pay by card only if it’s more than 500 dirham, so we had to pay in cash

Pros: Very nice place, it is a little paradise. Staff is friendly and flexible, very helpful. Breakfast is perfect, bed is comfy. Rooms are beautiful, everything is beautiful. Birds are singing, flowers in every colour, like in a fairytale. We will come back.

A Comfortable and Charming Solo Trip

Pros: I had a lovely and relaxing stay. The hotel offered all the amenities you would hope for during a short holiday, and the atmosphere was peaceful — exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, respectful, and very accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned daily. The presence of the local cats, who wander through the dining area, added a charming touch. They do get quite close, but I personally didn’t mind at all. The local cuisine served at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The dinner portions were very generous — more than I could finish — but the food was delicious. As a solo traveller, I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful and restorative experience.

Pros: I originally booked just one night with my family, but we ended up staying for 7 nights – that’s how much we enjoyed it! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from day one. Housekeeping was amazing and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. The hotel is slightly away from the city, which made it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The swimming pool is a good size and perfect for cooling off after a day out. Overall, a great experience – we will definitely be back!

Cons: Only I didn’t like it room toilet it’s kind of open which less privacy but we managed other stuffs are great,

Stunning surroundings, authentic beautiful furniture peaceful

Pros: Me and my friend booked this hotel last minute due to booking a hotel in Marrakesh town that was so bad, we had to leave as soon as me and my friend drove up to the drive of Palace Africa we instantly saw the beautiful entrance the beautiful drive with all the colourful flowers and the reception blew us away the furniture and decor authentic Marrakesh and was outstanding. Me and my friend thought we had walked into heaven. The staff were accommodating and very friendly, the only downfall was that it wasn’t close to many shops but town centre was only a 30 minute drive away if you wanted to do any shopping although due to the stunning cards in area swimming pool and just the tranquil feel of the hotel we didn’t want to leave you’ll definitely be returning in the future

Cons: The lack of shops near the hotel there were a few cafés at the bottom of the road

Amazing stay and super friendly staffs

Pros: Great place and the staffs are super friendly. Highly recommend

Pros: The location was 20 minutes from Marrakech center and it was very calm and peaceful , the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was amazing! We got to the palace very late around midnight and they hosted us, brought us tea and gave us a great room upgrade. The breakfast was a buffet and everything was delicious. I think this palace is what Marrakech is all about.
