Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely Stay at Riad Dar Bergui We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Bergui and truly enjoyed our time there. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the team for baking a cake for my son — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! It made his day extra special and created a beautiful memory for our family. We highly recommend Riad Dar Bergui and would happily stay there again.

Comfortable stay in characterful accommodation

Pros: Very characterful, comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation and friendly staff. Well located 10 minutes walk from town centre with free parking outside.. It would have been nice to have a kettle to make our own hot drinks but staff were happy to provide us with hot water on request. Excellent value and very tasty 3-course evening meal.

Cons: Little hot water in shower on second day - maybe ran out with more guests staying. Breakfast was sufficient although content varied. One day it included olives, eggs and cake, but did not appear on second day.

Pros: Very beautiful road with lovely rooms and a nice pool area, we used it to enjoy the sun, because it was to cold to swim. Very friendly and helpful staff as well

Relaxed chambre d’hote that exceeded expectations

Pros: Great base to explore from, especially with a car. Really excellent home-cooked Moroccan food. The owner/staff could not be more helpful, even accompanying me to the garage to get a flat tyre fixed up. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful riad with the best Moroccan food.

Pros: A beautiful riad in a good location, within walking distance of the city centre. Our room with private terrace was very comfortable and warm - we visited in January! The staff were lovely, and the food was excellent. The riad serves the best food we have ever eaten in Morocco. Dinner is not to be missed! It was nice to see the swimming pool, but with sub zero temperatures we didn’t give it a go.

Cons: The reception and dining areas were hardly heated, making it very cold to sit and eat. The small heater was not lit until we arrived for our meal. Simply heating the area earlier would be helpful. Also, it is the only riad we have stayed in with no night staff. Although the riad is very safely locked at the outside gate, it would be reassuring to know what to do in an emergency.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location, the room with the terrace, the breakfast. The owner was very kind and helpful to all our needs. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing accommodation, great staff

Pros: Lovely accommodation in Ouarzazate, the room is big, clean and comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing, even if we stayed in winter and couldn't enjoy the pool, the feeling was amazing. On top of that, the staff was great, lovely and helpful and offered us tea with really good pastry at our arrival. Breakfast was also very nice. Parking right outside the door. A pity that we just stayed one night, would absolutely recommend!
