Beautiful historic place in the Kasbah

Pros: Lovingly restored historic site, lovingly restored with modern amenities. Beautiful decor with African art. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were so helpful with sightseeing suggestions. I'd also recommend the hamam, especially in the winter when it's cold outside. The rooftop terrace has fabulous views of the valled and the mountains. It's definitely worth staying a night or two here in Ouarzazate. Highly recommended!

Pros: Beautiful premises and location. Loved the terrace and the amazing staff. Food ok.

Cons: Room located underground with a very small window showing people’s feet as they walked by. Quite noisy. Very hard mattresses, no windows or aeration in the bathroom.

Beautiful riad in the very heart of the ancient town.

Pros: Lovely riad in the very heart of the ancient town. The rooms are beautiful, very quiet and comfy. Good breakfast with a view. Mohammed is the loveliest and kind person! He speaks perfectly 5 languages and suggested beautiful itineraries in the surrounding area.

Pros: Very authentic with lovely decor. A nice start to our holiday. We were late in from airport but they were happy to give us a 3 course meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was upstairs served by Mohammed who was extremely friendly. Comfortable room. The parking is just a short walk from the hotel.

Pros: Very cute small hotel in the old village of Ouzarzate. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace. Would certainly come back!

Pros: This hotel is so lovely. In the kasbah area of Ouarzazate and very nicely remodeled and maintained. The rooftop is absoultely amazing and the room was comfortable and clean.

Pros: The place itself is an absolute gem, beautiful, with every detail done with care, but more importantly, Mohamed, the host is a kind and truly wonderful person with great insight into ouarzazate. one of the best experiences I had not only in Morocco but during my very frequent travel in various places. Do yourself a favour and stay in Dar Kamar if only for a night or two. Could not recommend more. Daniel

Pros: Nice location close to Kasba. Parking nearby. Stilish interior. We asked for goat for a dinner and they got and cooked it! Many thanks to Mohhamed for his assistance!

A little gem in the kasbah of Ouarzazate

Pros: A beautifully styled place - the owner is a designer and photographer and you really can see evidence of this throughout the hotel. It’s a great blend of style and tradition. Service was great and breakfast was lovely on the rooftop. The shower was lovely and hot which was super welcome after our stay in the desert!
