Incredible stay in any event, but especially with the great value
Pros: Road Mazar is a total gem. The staff were brilliant from arrival to departure, nothing was too much trouble, they were keen to help with a smile. The public areas of the road are stunning and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious treat to start the day and the location is easily accessible, being reachable by taxi but right on the edge of the Medina. We only left today and have already recommended this accommodation to friends.
Cons: Nothing, considering the price this is an unbelievable stay.

Shiham is amazing at her job - made us feel so welcome and offered wonderful advice about where to shop and what to look
Pros: It was a good location, peaceful but not far from the blue door entrance to the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Beautiful Riad, new but old world style with incredible tiling and wood and marble carving detail. Great to have an elevator too!
Cons: The bed could be more comfortable - maybe a mattress topper needed

Absolutely brilliant!
Pros: Riad Mazar was the best Riad we stayed at in Morocco. Siham and all the staff were exceptional; they were professional, friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The entire building and rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. Breakfast every morning was freshly made, delicious and very generous. Siham arranged a walking tour of Fes for us, helped us choose a lovely Hammam and even spoke to a taxi driver on the phone after hours, when we got lost. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants near by and an easy walk to the Souk. Thank you to the whole Mazar team for a truly memorable stay.
Cons: Everything was excellent.

Pros: This is the Riad we were looking forward the most on our trip. And we weren't disappointed. Heartily welcomed by Siham we first were given a tea and had time to admit the wonderful decoration of the lobby. Our room was beautiful and large with a very comfortable bed. We stayed in the 3rd floor. But don't worry - there is even an elevator. Parking just next to the door. 20 DRH per night. Overall - highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
Cons: Wifi was a little bit slow.

Pros: I like that cosy vibe in the raid, staff was friendly and adhered to all our requests.
Cons: The rooms were slightly small, we couldn't open our luggages in the room..

Heaven in Fes
Pros: location, we parked right at the door of the riad. when you arrive in the evening it makes a big difference. amazingly decorated, Fes traditional house at its finest. Siham made us feel home. the rooms were out of an oriental fairy tale ☺️. breakfast was lovely with the best Harcha I ever had and I am Moroccan. Even my very critical mum thought the same 😉.

Beautiful
Pros: The Riad is beautiful. Beautiful tile work and detailed plaster. You are on top of the medina so you descend down and down as you go further into the medina, so location is great. Rooms were clean, shower and bathroom nice, and the staff were welcoming.
Cons: They facilitated organizing a walking tour for us, excellent but be warned this is a walking tour where they take you around to shops were they make a commission from you (scarfs, carpet, stitching, leather tannery, and wood working). I personally would have preferred a tour not focused on that, my recommendation is find your own tour. I wish this was more transparent when they explained to us. I wish it had a pool to cool off in during the hot days.

Charming Riad with lots of characters.
Pros: Amazing décor, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The room is spacious, tastefully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The owner and staff are welcoming, taking good care of their guests. A place to come back to.

Great value for the money
Pros: Good location, good breakfast, very clean and comfortable room, very beautiful hall and decoration in the riad. Great service - always ready to help you with every question: book an excursion, give advice where to eat, where to find a taxi and what should be the price, have an early breakfast, what to see, how to find smth (even go with you and show for example where is the cafe if you have difficulties with orientation in the Medina). Also special thank for upgrading my room without additional payment - I was so confused, because I mixed the room I booked with another riad (long trip)
Cons: Everything was good. Maybe only the problem of all riads - you can hear your neighbours and they you and what is going on in the hall. But I still recommend to stay in riad.

Lovely, Comfortable stay at a beautiful Riad.
Pros: Very beautiful and well maintained riad. The owner and staff were very warm and welcoming. We loved the young man from Errachidia who helped us park our car, get to our room, put the soccer game on our TV, and served us breakfast. The riad was attached to the Medina so a very quick walk over, but quiet at night.
