Great hosts, nice & comfortable Riad in a great location for old town

Pros: Booked for Dari Fes, but ended up staying in their new property down the road. Room was decent with good AC & comfortable bed. Staff were lovely, very helpful and drove me into town to a pharmacy for drugs when my partner fell ill.

Authentic Moroccan hospitality at its best

Cons: For this price in Fes, you can fix the problem with the stinky bathroom. The smell was really strong. It got to the entire room.

Lovely spacious room.

Pros: Very spacious! Beautifully decorated and felt very homely.

Cons: Need a fridge in the room.

Pros: Staff was courteous. They offered us upgrade to largest suite they have, but we preferred to stay at the top floor as sunlight is better during our winter visit. Breakfast was good, and they served breakfast at 12:00 because we woke up late. They arranged our local tours and they helped us to ship the ipod we left in the room hurry.

Calm and helpful staff in a comfortable riad

Pros: Wonderful, helpful, calm and kind staff who made us feel at home. Comfortable bed and beautiful courtyard.

Cons: Unfortunately it could be a little loud at night if anybody was talking in the courtyard area of the riad, but perhaps that is the nature of the old building.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ali, who really made us feel welcomed and helped us understand Fez and Morocco a lot more. He was attentive and always available to assist. He really went the extra mile and cared about our choice of breakfast - we dont like coffee, and Ali was really kind in offering us tea instead. The location of the Riad was really good especially for the medina but it is also important to note that there are many people around the area who would always try and 'assist' to direct you and ask you for money. The Riad was clean. The area outside our room was grand and beautiful. There is also a roof top to have a nice view of the city. This Riad is really good value for money.

Cons: Nothing major really. We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad. I think we have the smallest room - which is perfectly fine as the next day there were many guests and they were all in quite large groups. There are many nice, spacious room at the Riad. The only thing with our room is that the drainage in the bathroom is a bit smelly,since it is a small room, it is hard to not smell it, but we had a good stay and the price is reflected on the issue.
