Overall, the stay was beautiful and I have told others to stay here. I will definitely come back.

Pros: Breakfast was beautiful and the stay was exceptional. I'm surprised for the price of our stay, the stay was amazing and I would definitely come back. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Cons: When collecting my belongings from the front desk, staff didn't know which belongings belonged to me and accidentally gave me another person belongings. I had to return back to the hotel and return that persons belongings.

Pros: Amazing location, at the entrance of the Medina, so it is easily reachable by taxi but also away from the craziness (in a good way). Nice and friendly staff, helpful and accommodating (especially the lady at the front desk whose name I didn’t get but thank you). The first room that I was given had issues with heating, and I asked if someone could look into it but they immediately offered to give me another room.

Pros: A lady at the reception is the most kind person ever!

Good hotel/restaurant in Fez

Pros: Lovely staff, comfortable beds. Restaurant downstairs for breakfast, snacks or dinner. Good wifi. At the edge of the Medina, still reachable by taxi.

Highly recommended and, if I was going back to Fez, I wouldn't hesitate to book Cine House

Pros: I ate breakfast and dinner there quite often, and the food was excellent on every occasion. The location is right beside the medina. They have tables outside at street level so you can watch the (amazing) world of Fez go by over breakfast.

Cons: I would have liked breakfast served earlier than 8.00am. The single room could have been bigger, but it was adequate.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect.

Cons: The room is quite small, but enough for a few nights.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent location staff and service. May not be suitable for those that can’t climb stairs as no lift.

Cons: No lift, no bath only showers

Pros: From the staff, to the breakfast/restaurant and the actual rooms, everything was exceptional, especially considering the price. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this to anyone. We stayed there for 3 nights and this was by far the best hotel experience we had in Morocco.

Excellent stay in Fes

Pros: Cine House Fes is a fantastic place to stay — full of charm, with creative decor and a great location for the Medina. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight: delicious food and a cozy vibe. The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Cons: The only downside was the shower in our room, which leaked and left water across the bathroom floor — hopefully something they’ll fix soon. Despite that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!
