Best hospitality and a cozy place to stay

Pros: Our host Khalid and his partner both, were very kind and nice. The riad is located right inside the old medina of fes. And you literally will not go anywhere else other than the old medina, as there's a lot to see and explore. The riad was nice and cozy, hot water available and a comfortable bed with lots of blankets. Wonderful breakfast is served in the morning. We were lucky to be invited to his house for breakfast and dinner and were served amazing moroccan dishes which we normally cannot find elsewhere. If you get lucky, you might meet Ilham who is an amazing cook and a great person. A very pleasant and warm experience with Khalid and Ilham

Pros: Halid is very friendly, he made a super breakfast for us, the riad is very near the centre, in a quiet alley, easy to find

Beautiful property and a truly amazing host!

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Riad in Fes. The host was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and considerate — not just with me, but also with my mother and our two young children. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our visit. His kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Located in the heart of the Medina and with a helpful host!

Pros: I had the upstairs room with a terrace and access to the roof terrace. I enjoyed that a lot since I like space and having the door open when I'm in. Being right in the Medina made it easy to discover it. Breakfast was different every morning and that's something I also enjoyed.

Cons: I couldn't get the TV to work but it wasn't really an issue as I did not truly need it.

Cute and friendly riad

Pros: There was a little misunderstanding at the beginning of the check in but the hosts are very nice people. The riad is located off the Main Street from the blue gate and the entrance is across from the Le Tabouche cafe. If this is your first time in Fes, note that you will be dropped off outside the gate if coming by taxi. The walk into the medina can feel a little rough.

Cons: I got the ground floor double room which offers little privacy as I can hear people talking outside, and I’m sure they could hear me too on the phone. But I’ve found that most riads don’t have good soundproofing. The toilet lid doesn’t stay up so you have to hold it up when you sit on it. There also isn’t a sauna in the room as advertised. Other than that, the riad is great value for money and centrally located — all in all, a good stay.

A wonderful way to get an authentic Fes experience and Khalid the host will go out of his way to look after you

Pros: Lovely place to stay and the perfect location in the heart of the old Medina. Wonderful hospitality, great meals and good wifi

Pros: The place is comfortable and very cozy. The family that runs is is extremely nice and welcoming. We had dinner there and the mother of the manager cooked for us the best tajine we had in our whole Moroccan trip. Location is amazing - super central - and not noisy.

Pros: good location. very friendly and helpful staff. Very helpful with information and always around when needed

Cons: a mirror in the bedroom would have been nice. Water pressure a bit low

Pros: Great location with a really nice rooftop. Very kind and friendly staff.

Cons: Wifi signal in the room on the terrace was weak and location on the google maps was incorrect so we had some troubles finding it (look for Le Tarbouche restaurant, the alley entrance is on the opposite side of the restaurant). Also, water in the shower was either cold or extremely hot.
