Pros: One thing I liked was the Morrocan architecture and atmosphere of the Hotel

Cons: Due to the hotel's location , It is difficult to access by car Also bellboy cames and took the luggage to the hotel , Lasly it was uncomfortable because it was rainig Anothe issue was that porters are blatant and rude in demanding more Tips during the check-out

Great Riad except location

Pros: The most beautiful Riad of our trip to Morocco. Spacious and very clean room, with a renovated bathroom. Staff is very kind and breakfast on the terrace was a highlight

Cons: The rooms are a bit humid. Location is not the best as it is not in the middle of the medina

Fantastic Staff, very good massage and hamman. Location in the middle of the Medina

Pros: Friendship of the staff, beautiful place, good Hamman and massage. Views and terrace . What we really appreciate was feeling that the staff was friendly and nice. They offered to pick us up and guide us to the taxi. They also contact a guide.

Cons: Good location in terms of being in the middle of the Medina, but it is really a maze to be able to get there without help despite there are signs. Price of the dinner is high, but tasty and good quantity

Pros: The hotel building was very beautiful, and the room was very spacious, nicely designed, and comfortable. The staff were also very polite and friendly.

Cons: At 9:30 pm we went to the lounge to order something to eat, but we were told that dinner service was already over, and there was not even a sandwich or any simple food available to order. In my opinion, this is a big drawback for a 5-star hotel. The bathtub drained very slowly, which made showering uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast could have been better.

Pros: Historical building, beautifully renovated. Amazing staff, always there to help. Hope to see you again, guys !

Amazing people

Pros: The place was luxurious and staff were so helpful. Lahssan was a very hardworking and he tries his very best to serve us during our stay. There was also a young man who always give us assistance showing the way to where we are going, even if not asked.

Cons: Everything was lovely. I hated the walking part to riad but most riads are like that.

I felt fully immersed in ancient Moroccan culture, in a truly unique location.

Pros: The location exceeded our expectations, and the building is stunning, especially considering its age and the history its walls convey.

Cons: Overall, I enjoyed everything.

Pros: We had an excellent time at Riad Rcif! The Riad is beautiful (built in the 14th century and very charming), the hospitality was amazing, and the breakfast was plentiful. We also went on a tour with one of the staff (I believe it was Ahmed), who took us through the winding roads of the medina, the tanery and a bunch of other places, who had so much knowledge about the history of the first city in Morocco, and is one of the coolest placest we've ever explored. Note that the Riad is in the heart of the Medina, and takes many twists and turns to get to, so don't be surprised at the difficulty of orientating at first, however also adds to the experience :)

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the RCIF riad! Everything was immaculately clean, which is a must for us. It has an amazing combination of a historic feel mixed with the modernity and comfort that one desires on vacation. The manager Noor and the rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful, and we loved sweet Abdul! The days we stayed there, the staff had bad luck with a family with 4 kids, as the kids were quite noisy and the parents couldn't control them. We got the sense that it was an issue for some guests, but I appreciated the respect and patience all the staff had with the family. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this riad!

Recommended stay, just wonderful

Pros: Beautiful Riad with very friendly staff. They picked me up after the taxi brought me to the Medina and were very helpful during my stay.
