Beautiful property, flawless service.

Pros: My partner and I travel often and we can safely say this is the best service we have had at any hotel. Getta and her team could not do enough for us. Upon arrival, they prepared a complimentary dinner for us given that the restaurant was full. They also escorted us on a 30 minute walk through the medina to a New Year’s Eve party and arranged for a taxi to bring us back to our hotel, as well as escorting us to our transfer bus when leaving Fes. They even prepared breakfast to go because we had an early check out. The hotel was beautiful too. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back!!

Beautiful hotel, stunning views, wonderful staff.

Pros: A beautiful hotel in an excellent location with stunning views over the Medina. My room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean and came with a bath so I could have a leisurely soak after a day’s sightseeing. The restaurant is superb, and the food is excellent-beware the portions are enormous. Wonderful staff-special thanks to Abdul who helped with my luggage and to Yusuf in reception who was also very helpful along with Mohammed and Youssra who provided excellent and attentive service in the restaurant. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Fez.

A beautiful oasis in the medina in Marrakesh.

Pros: A very beautiful riad in central Marrakesh. The staff were so helpful, especially getting us a cab to the station. Breakfast was good and the pool on the roof was lovely.

Beautiful place with wonderful staff.

Pros: Such a beautiful hotel, 5 star experience all the staff were amazing from the porters, reception staff, waiters and a special mention for Amina the cleaner who made me feel so at home and welcome. Super clean, super beautiful and a great place to rest after the craziness of the medina. Would recommend 100 percent.

Cons: Nothing could have been improved it was perfect from start to finish.
