Riad Batha

Pros: Friendly staff, comfy room. We stayed an extra night as we were happy there. There is an underground car park just across the road and an open air one just up the street, so no issues with parking.

Cons: Breakfast on the roof at that time of year is not very comfortable, but I imagine it would be great at other times.

Pros: Breakfast on the roof was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and the location was very close to the medina. Khalid was great, very friendly and welcoming and made our stay much more enjoyable! Thank you Khalid from Megan, Harriet & Ola!!

The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, making sure everything was perfect throughout the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — fresh, delicious, and served with great hospitality. Overall, Riad Al Batha exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay in Fes.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. Everything was truly excellent the welcome, the service, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. My stay went perfectly, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at Riad Batha. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with fresh and authentic Moroccan options. The location is perfect just a short walk from the main attractions of Fes, yet quiet and peaceful. The traditional décor and ambiance of the riad made the experience truly special.

Cons: Honestly, there was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every possible way from the warm hospitality to the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere.

Pros: Riad Batha has been a great base for our four days exploring Fez and its surroundings. The staff was really helpful, especially Khalid who offered us a great breakfast every morning and helped us with all requests we had.

Very nice and comfortable stay

Pros: We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this lovely little hotel. The location is great (accessible with a taxi; couple of minutes from the medina; 5 minutes from the Blue Gate; cafes and restaurant within a short walk). The room was spacious and clean, with A/C, great WIFI, and excellent shower facilities. Nice breakfast at the terrace. The staff were really helpful and responsive.

Cons: Not a big deal, but the bed was a bit wobbly

Pros: We had 2 rooms. They were a bit smaller, but the bathroom was newer. The location is easy to find and in a quiet area. The breakfast was excellent. They offered us dinner, where we had chicken pastilla, which was very good. Fatima and Khalid were very friendly and always available to us.
