Nice stay in Ouarzazate!

Pros: Very nice stay, great location and kind staff. Room is very clean. Nice dîner and breakfast.

Cons: The beds are hard.

Pros: Phenomenal lodge with rooftop (unexpected!). Clean pool, great facilities, super friendly staff. Food is good and whilst it would be a longer walk into Ouarzazate, it's a very short walk into the village.

Cons: Nothing, it's perfect for a longer stay but sadly we only had one night.

Pros: Very clean very pretty. I liked that there was free filtered water.

Cons: Shame that you can’t pay anything by card.

Pros: A hidden gem in the middle of the desert. Once you step through the gate, it feels like entering another world – a green garden with a pool, full of palms and fragrant herbs. You can wander among all kinds of trees, and we felt super free and relaxed. There are cozy chill-out spots on the ground with little tables and colorful blankets. Our only mistake: on that hot night we chose to sleep in the tent, which doesn’t have AC – at 26°C it was a bit tough. But that was totally on us.

Pros: Very well catered too! The garden areas are very well looked after and watered. The extension of the farm animals! The children really enjoyed going to visit them and were offered to help feed the animals!

Cons: The weather was very hot! The hut/ room we stayed in didn’t have an air conditioning unit so during the night time it got really hot!

Pros: It was a beautiful, green space where you could relax and really feel like you're on holiday. I travelled with friends and the place was so nice that we didn't even feel like going out to see the city! It was much cooler too, with all of the trees and plants,

Cons: The animals there looked sad (the peacocks and goats). I think they could benefit from a larger and cleaner environment... or freedom!

Pros: It was great experience, we've been there just for 1 night to break the road from Marrakech to Merzouga, and since we were with children we were sorry not to remain one more day. The guys were so polite and service was more than adequate, also food. And the best experience was the structure and the garden with the pool and animals.

Beautiful natural oasis, close to town, hidden gem.

Pros: A truly lovely oasis... the gardens are just beautiful. The staff greeted us upon arriving. The detached room was an incredible stay- very comfortable, with its own open air rooftop terrasse. We enjoyed the full moon here! The bathroom and bedroom were well appointed and super tasteful. The pool and dining were fantastic too. I would love to stay here again- HIGHLY recommmend

A home away from home

Pros: As this was our first family trip, with two small children, we were a bit stressed about it. However, our stay at La Palmeraie was made great by the staff - who work hard to accommodate any requests, the facilities, including the room, the pool, the restaurant and the owners, who are exquisite. The children - and us- loved everything from the farm animals to the giant sunflowers. We booked a tour to the desert which was perfectly planned and executed, with every stop on the road adding to the overall experience, and we were also able to buy local pottery from the shop. The restaurant was able to cater for our son’s milk allergy, which was a relief.
