Riad Jasmine Sud

Excellent Riad and great value for money. Definitely one to repeat.

Pros: A fantastic Riad, beautifully maintained and run by Ismail, a real character who goes out of his way to make your stay special. Nothing is too much trouble. His staff provide excellent service without being over bearing. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the breakfast wonderful. As for value for money - I can't fault it. The highlight of our stay in Morocco and a Riad we'll definitely visit again. I'm picky and would normally have some small criticism about a place I stay. On this occasion I can't fault it. Colourful, comfortable and friendly!

Pros: Amazing decoration and super friendly host. Great location on the road to the desert.

Cons: Limited dinner options for vegetarians.

Pros: Peaceful hotel with a garden in the middle of the city on the main avenue. Copious breakfast. We enjoyed afternoon tea and fresh drinks near the fountain of the garden. A nice place to rest. Parking in front of the hotel.

More than an Oasis in the Desert

Pros: Riad Jasmine Sud is much more than we can think. It is an Art Gallery, a Museum, a place where you can meet a unique host capable of surprising you by who he is and also the by the stories and curiosities he has to share. In this astonishing and vibrant Riad, there is a very cosy restaurant with great food. Also great, the team, with special thanks to the highly professional Issam and Ibhraim. In my opinion this place is a must in Zagora

Exceptionally good and kind service from the staff.

Pros: I liked everything about this Riad. The staff went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience at this Riad.

Cons: It wasn’t in the best location for us . But this is personal preference

Wonderful! We enjoyed it very much.

Pros: Easy access great location. Very peaceful and tranquil inside. The garden is beautiful! The building itself is also very beautifully decorated and ornate. The staff was excellent! Very accommodating and kind. Good food. The rooms were large and comfortable. We were on the rooftop with a large terrace. They have various places to choose from for your meals including the garden. Very lovely place!

Cons: The water pressure was very low in our rooms at the top floor. I told the manager and he said they would fix it right away and offered a small gift for the inconvenience. He was sincere in his concern about our comfort.

Pros: Great stay, thanks to Ismail. The room was super cool and comfortable, loved the snacks, dates, and his shop. Nice breakfast, good price, everything easy and pleasant.

Pros: We were truly impressed by the art and antiques collection of the hotel owner, Ismael. The tour through the gallery, accompanied by his fascinating stories, was both engaging and enriching. We also felt very warmly welcomed – a genuinely heartfelt reception.

Pros: My stay at Riad Jasmine Sud was the best lodging experience I have had in Morocco. The riad is a very special place but most special of all is Ishmael the owner, a man who treated me with both friendship and respect. He did everything in his power to make me feel welcome and I hope the time will come when I can return to renew our friendship. He is a prince.

A must do experience

Pros: This was the most other worldly hostel I have ever stayed in. The owner went above and beyond to provide an experience to all guests. The colours were spectacular and the love and passion he has for his culture, people and history was beautiful. I am so grateful I was able to experience this. I will be back inshallah
