Luxury Desert Camp Amanar

One is a lifetime experience

Pros: The camp is very luxurious, big and clean tent, the set up is spectacular, the dunes are just in front of the camp. We were a family with a small kid and the place was very accommodating, the staff very nice. We have been served with so much food! The driver who takes you for tours in a 4x4 are very very nice , and the tours are really worthy!

Fantastic luxury accommodation in the desert

Pros: The property was as listed. The location, the standard of the tents, the customer service and the lovely meals were perfect

Pros: This is a very peaceful place. Take a day to just relax and enjoy it! I went in winter so the temps were perfect! Staff was attentive! I requested coffee for pre-sunrise and they had it ready for me so I could sit on a sand dune with a cup and watch the sunrise. Meals were very tasty. The accommodations were very nice -5star glamping! The breakfast is included and the dinners are 22Euros each. There is no other place to eat so just plan on it.

Cons: You have to pay to get transported to the camp. I used Google maps to find hotel Yasmina were you park your car and someone from the camp meets you there to take you to the camp. You should go inside the hotel and let the desk know you are there for pick up. They will contact the camp and you can wait in the lobby. There's no way you could drive an ordinary vehicle to the camp over sand dunes. It was 60 Euros total for round trip for all passengers whether you have 1 or 4. You can do a camel ride from the camp at another time for 25Euros TAKE Euros or Dirham's as they do not accept CC's I was able to send Euros via Wise to pay for an excursion.

Pros: I have stayed here twice and have loved it both times. The staff are friendly and do a great job of making it an incredible experience. The tents are amazing and very comfortable. The whole experience is worth doing, even just for the view of the dunes.

Cons: I wasn't aware that everything had to be paid in cash, but the owner was very accommodating and figured out a solution with me after the stay.

Echte luxe in de Sahara

Pros: Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het eten is super. Ze doen hun uiterste best om je te verwennen. In de tent heb je alle luxe en comfort

Mooi verblijf in de duinen van de Sahara

Pros: De ligging, de tent (zonder airco wel met fan). Vriendelijk personeel

Cons: Dinner viel een beetje tegen

Een geweldige ervaring

Pros: Na een geweldige tocht van zeker één uur op een kameel door de mooie zandduinen aangekomen in het tentenkamp. Even opfrissen en dan genieten van een heerlijk diner. Daarna werd het kampvuur aangestoken en werd er djembe gespeeld en gezongen. Iemand van de andere aanwezigen was jarig en dit werd gevierd met taart. Fantastisch geslapen in de tent. Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Een geslaagde ervaring

Les portes du Sahara/Bonheur

Pros: Niché au cœur du désert de Merzouga, cet établissement offre une expérience inoubliable. Les tentes sont somptueuses, avec tout le confort moderne, mais préservant l'authenticité de l'expérience du désert. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'une attention remarquables. Je recommande vivement le Luxury Camp Amanar à tous les voyageurs en quête d'une expérience authentique et mémorable dans le désert marocain.
