Pros: Most beautiful riad, good location just outside of medina, so not difficult to get there if you have lotsa luggage, most welcoming plate of dates, biscuit selection and fruit on arrival in room. Water in room always available after long day out. Friendly, helpful staff at checkin and breakfasts. Short walk to get to centre of medina to explore by yourself.

Cons: Music playing most of day, as its a riad, you can hear from most rooms, however, when we asked them to turn down, due to us wanting to rest, they did so,without hesitation. Loose tiles in room but covered by carpet.

Great stay!

Pros: Driving up to the property doesn’t look the best but once you step inside, beautiful. Courtyard gorgeous. Rooms gorgeous. The location is also really great.

Cons: The bathroom could use an update but it was still beautiful. The hot water is inconsistent. Spent 2 nights and both times the water would randomly become super hot or super cold during our showers.

Excellent stay, luxurious at a decent price

Pros: Excellent location, very comfortable room, extremely clean. Beautiful and new building. Easy to get to the medina, only 200 m or so but very safe as location is in the edge of the medina. There is a parking next to the building, just an empty dusted space but serves the purpose. Good breakfast, could have more vegetables (anything like cherry tomatoes, green salad leaves) and cheese - there were, but very small quantities. We were greeted on arrival day with dates filled with nuts - what a delicious treat! We have also enjoyed the SPA - nice experience too, however somewhat expensive. Don’t miss Chouara tannery, 20 mins by foot into the medina, lovely walking through the winding alleys.

Cons: There is noise during the morning and evening due to chairs being moved by the table by guests. Rooms are facing the courtyard so noise gets in the room.

A luxurious Riad for a memorable stay!

Pros: Located near the entrance to the Medina - easy access to shops and a great guy selling a huge. variety of fresh fruit! - The breakfast was good and the food in the hotel was excellent including room service. The rooms were stylish - tastefully decorated and well appointed - the photos on the app don’t do the pool and roof terrace justice - it is much larger - the sun beds and towels provided are superb and the pool is much bigger than you would think also the views are superb - all in all a luxurious Riad for a memorable stay!

A gem in fabulous Fes

Pros: Very good healthy breakfast, fresh juices, pastries, bread and fruit. The rooms were tastefully decorated but our large bathroom was a highlight with two basins for a couple, great shower and a variety of very soft quality towels. The location was great, right on the edge of the ancient medina and very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. The rooftop was very nice for cooling down and afforded wonderful views over the medina, city and hillsides and a fresh breeze in the night to keep cool.
