Pros: Our stay in Fes couldn’t have been better. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made a huge difference. The general manager truly stood out—warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the start. Breakfast was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, the perfect way to begin each day. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable for exploring the city. A fantastic choice for anyone traveling to Fes!

Best option for a great stay in Fes

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Fes! The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The general manager was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to start the day perfectly. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fes!

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice, especially the director, Mme Ardan Hajiba. I liked the location which was close to the Riad and many nice restaurants and rooftop bars. I will definitely come back

Pros: We had an amazing stay at the Fes Heritage Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive, especially the manager of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing; we couldn't finish it every single day because there was simply too much choice. Every wish was granted, and we felt very welcome. Even when I needed a room to work, this was not a problem. The hotel was very clean, and the room service was excellent. The location is perfect for walking to the Medina—less than five minutes. There you'll find many market stalls and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also very good. If we ever return to Fes, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect service and extremely kind, excellent location, safe and strategic

Pros: Perfect stay for me and my boyfriend. Service was extremely kind and they helped us with all our needs, included a private guided tour of the city. Hotel location is strategic and safe. The room was large, comfortable and perfectly clean. Food was excellent with vast choice of international breakfast; we had dinner there for the two evenings with good and light mediterranean food, exactly what we needed after eating typical moroccan food during the whole vacation in the desert. The Madame managing the hotel has been exceptional in helping us during our two nights in Fes, a very well deserved 10/10.

Cons: Nothing, it was all perfect.

A decent place to stay but a little bit overpriced for what you get.

Pros: It is well located having almost immediate access to the Medina. It is also within walking distance to other neighbouring towns. The room is big and clean. The manager was very nice and went beyond her way to attend to our requests. The man who served us food in the restaurant for breakfast and New Year’s Eve dinner was also very good.

Cons: It focuses on form over substance. The drainage in the power is poor. The New Year’s Eve dinner we had was acceptable but certainly did not worth the 80 Euros per person we were charged. 40 Euros for a bottle of local wine is a bit steep. We are paying 5-star hotel prices here.
