Hotel dalila fes

Pros: I stayed at Hôtel Dalila in Fès and I was absolutely delighted. The staff is exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every evening, they offered me a bottle of water, and their kindness truly made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms are spotless, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect. The value for money is excellent. In short, the team is outstanding and deserves special mention!

Pros: A nice welcoming staff and beautiful Hotel. The manager took great care of us and the facilities great. Also the breakfast was amazing. All in all, a great stay.

Fair choice if you don't mind the location

Pros: The staff is kind, attentive and accommodating for all requests. The room have good size and are well furnished; in particular, I found the bed really comfortable. I liked the location because I had the opportunity to go across the medina to reach the Blue Gate, which is the main location in the Medina

Cons: Going back to the location, traversing thr Medina is not that easy for the first time, and there are few food options around the Hotel. There was some cigarette smell coming inside the bedroom at night; I assume it was from neighbour rooms.

Pros: The breakfast was next to none, the breakfast was beautiful. I really enjoyed it. The staff are very professional, helpful and always their to meet your needs.

Cons: Honestly nothing I can think off. My stay was perfect.

Exquisita atención

Pros: Fueron atentos, cordiales y muy simpático. Ahmed y Khaled fueron muy serviciales y con una hambre para que se les pida algo. Se cumplió con mis expectativas y espero poder volver más veces. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Everything was perfect!

Pros: Very clean hotel with exceptionally clean rooms. The staff are lovely, always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere; you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you arrive.

vivere la gente comune è il miglior modo di viaggiare

Pros: L'albergo è in una posizione strategica, raggiungibile con l'auto, su una piazza molto vivace con possibilità di parcheggiare e attaccato alla Medina, praticamente in 5/ 10 minuti a piedi eri sia nella parte turistica che nella parte più commerciale. La colazione era in gran parte, preparata al momento, davvero buona. Il personale è accorto e disponibile alle esigenze della multiculturale clientela.

Cons: Occorre tener presente che siamo in un contesto di edifici storici in una Medina e non in un albergo lussuoso di nuova costruzione. A me è piaciuto tutto, ma bisogna calarsi nella realtà locale.
