We had a wonderful stay with excellent service and a warm really welcoming atmosphere.

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were absolutely fantastic, kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued and cared for.

Cons: The bunk beds were a little less comfortable than we expected, but they were still perfectly fine for a short stay.

Pros: Aziza, the housekeeper was very nice, thank you for the great breakfast. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully arranged. I'd also like to thank the owner for his flexibility after I had made a mistake with the reservation. We came here twice and will come again next time.

Pros: Everything is good. Good value for money. Perfect location in old medina. AC as a heater works fine.

Cons: Staff doesn't speak English, towels and linens is not very clean, but it's typical for Marocco

Pros: The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere had a traditional charm. The host was kind and originally scheduled breakfast from 9 to 10 AM, but since that was late for us, they graciously agreed to serve it earlier.

Pros: Nice and charming place. We were lucky enough to have the entire place for ourselves (7 persons group), so we had privacy. Useful staff and very good breakfast. Nice large rooms with plenty of sleeping solutions.

Cons: In high season, lack of privacy could be an issue, as rooms are just aside the public areas, and noise could be a problem.
