We had the best time there and they made our trip memorable:)

Pros: Best location ,friendly and lovely hosts !! they also upgraded us room free of charge ,me and my husband went there to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and they decorated dinner table for us and surprise us with their traditional Moroccan music and also surprise us with cake !! we had best time there ,we will definitely come again with our kids and I will 💯 recommend this hotel to my friends and families:)

Cons: All I can say There is nothing we didn’t like 👍

Perfect for a pool day!

Pros: The pool view was one of the best ever! The room was big and also convenient. They also serve cold beers!

Cons: Compared to other hotels, the staff was not the most friendly and most approachable

Pros: Really nice place amazing view, dunes front of the pool, u can woke up early and Walk through the dunes and see the sunrise

Pros: The location. The hotel and the pool are amazing. It's just next to the desert. You can just walk straight into the desert.

Cons: The staff wasn't very friendly. Just one younger guy. He had energy and was very friendly. The rest looks like if the don't like to work there and are not friendly at all. If you ask something the just look at you like please don't bother me. And the AC wasn't working really good.

Pros: Best location. View on the desert from the very nice pool. Very nice staff.

Cons: Aircondition in one room didnt work well, some things would deserve reconstruction. In that hot weather we would welcome fridge in the room

Pros: Great room on top of the building , beautiful pool View on the sanddunes.

Cons: Very instagramable so hence the audience. But amusing to watch. Touristy place We had to wait an hour for our booked sunset trip. They needed the jeep for a group first. So the sun was setting and the driver raced to finish the sites before sunset. They did offer to bring us to the ‘flamingo’ lake the next morning. We drove there ourselves. 10 min.

If you dream of a desert oasis this is it, morning sunrises on the Sahara Desert, followed by a beautiful big breakfast.

Pros: So beautiful, you walk in and there is the desert is at your door with camels. The pool is right in the desert, rooms are big and cool. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious.

Cons: That dinner is so late but it’s not just here it’s everywhere in Morocco.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Kanz Erremal. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate all our requests — from arranging transport to Marrakech when we decided to extend our stay in Merzouga, to organizing an exciting quad bike session with Sahara Quad Adventures. The pool, with its breathtaking desert view, was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Kanz Erremal truly offers a unique and memorable experience right at the edge of the Sahara.

Cons: The WiFi connection was not the best.

Pros: Amazing location - literally right on the sand dunes with camels by the pool. The place is beautiful and really spacious rooms

Cons: WiFi didn’t work in our room at the top and our room smelt

The property is beautiful ✨

Pros: The room was very beautiful, as was the entire property. The dinner we had reserved was also very tasty. However, the staff could work on being more welcoming. When we arrived, there wasn’t much of a greeting or anything to make us feel truly comfortable. The one exception was the young man who served us dinner—he was kind and smiling, and really stood out with his friendly attitude.
