Comfortable hotel right next to the desert

Pros: The hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. We stayed two nights in the hotel and one night in the tent.

Cons: The restaurant could be improved. The breakfast is ok but again room for improvement. We stayed one night in the tent and although the views are obviously better, the curtains are not that thick so you will get woken up at sunrise and then it gets super hot even with AC. I think if you want a tent experience better to do a real trip into the desert overnight.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and very clean. Great rooms with amazing view. The stuff was incredibly polite and accommodated all our needs.

The best desert panorama you have in Merzouga

Pros: After travelling 50+ countries and staying in hundreds of accommodations, I can confidently say this hotel is in my personal top 10. Here’s why: - Incredible location right in front of the dunes (better than most desert camps) - Impeccable service & friendly staff - Beautiful rooms with good aircon/heating in winter - Sunrise panorama from bed - Buffet breakfast was delicious and had many options, including many vegetarian ones Special shoutout to Ismail from the reception who did an incredible job.

Cons: - The vegetable tajine during dinner missed taste, generally I‘d recommend improvement of the à la carte menu, it wasn’t really exciting (good food quality though)

A fantastic stay with amazing staff, great service, and delicious food.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The man at the reception assisted us with everything we needed and made sure we had a great experience during our stay. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like — everything was truly excellent.

Pros: Beautiful Hotel at the edge of the desert with all the amenities.

Core memory.

Pros: It’s hard to put into words just how beautiful this hotel is. It feels both fresh and new while still honoring traditional design, striking a perfect balance between modern comfort and Moroccan charm. The staff were absolutely incredible, warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The food was delicious, and every meal felt special. My wife and I had some concerns about the ethical side of camel rides, but the team reassured us and even let us visit the paddock ourselves. We were relieved to see the animals well cared for, which made the experience even more meaningful. It truly created a core memory for us. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and air-conditioned, offering a real sense of luxury. Altogether, it was an amazing experience and well worth every penny.

Cons: The roads leading to the hotel were fairly troublesome. I would advise a larger vehicle to navigate some of the uneven terrain.

The Perfect Stay

Pros: Staff was excellent, especially Ismael. They made us feel so welcome and at home. Such nice people. Location was super good with a breathtaking view of the dessert. Aesthetics of the room and design of hotel as well as cleanliness were top notch. We are very picky but it exceeded our expectations. Dinner options were also super good. They also prepared a sweet gift in our room to celebrate our anniversary which was so thoughtful. I wish I stayed more nights here! Truly grateful for the hotel team. They also helped us walk towards the camp at night to hear some music. They also have a mini store for snacks. Most beautiful pool. Honestly 10/10.

The perfect hotel if you want to explore the desert in comfort and luxury.

Pros: Brand new hotel on the edge of the dunes. Rooms are modern and their design is beautifully inspired by nomads’ tents. The infinity pool overlooks the desert and is incredibly refreshing. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and the kitchen is excellent, offering delicious Moroccan dishes, as well as some international classics.

Cons: Better coffee machine for breakfast.

Cons: The food and feeling was ok, they could have made this a more exotic.. given the location and views they did not keep up the vibe..
