Definitely worth a stay..for views on the waterfalls alone!

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Beautiful grounds! Stunning large rooms- HUGE comfortable bed and bedding ! We had a balcony overlooking the waterfalls..stunning views day and night. Wish we stayed for more than one night. The pools looked so good but it was Febuary so too cold to use them. We arrived late and the staff couldn't do enough for is to make food etc. They went out of there way up until we left the following day. The breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was only okay but I can't judge as it was so late when they made it for us.

Cons: Some of the paint work and tiles etc in the bedroom and bathroom could do with a freshen up. The actual building itself seemed to be very empty, cold, not cozy etc. I would like yo see what the vibe is like during better weather.

Very attentive and friendly staff, huge breakfast!

Pros: The hotel is on top of the hill overlooking the no money can buy!

Pros: Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and pools (rooftop and ground). Great view over the waterfalls.

OMG View!

Pros: OMG View!!!! Must stay here if you want to visit the Ouzoud waterfalls. Garden and roof pool as well. Impressive area. Every place of hotel is beautiful with excellent view of the surroundings. I felt as a discovering child in the palace. Nice staff.

Pros: The hotel was spectacular. The staff especially in the restaurant was excellent

Pros: Really pretty area, view of the waterfall, huge rooms, exceptional level of service really couldn’t fault them nothing was too much trouble if you wanted anything they would sort it.

Cons: The fit and finish of the hotel could have been alittle better cracked tiles in the elevator etc

Pros: Everything was just awesome!!! The staff, the hotel, the view, the food... My best experience ever at this hotel in my life ❣️. So satisfied and with no doubt I’m come for sure again and again, I would like to thank everyone who was sooo kind and professional and nice to us, start for the director and his assistant to the f/b manager and the barman to receptionnists and all the other staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone you went all above and i felt to be like part of your Hotel family. Thank you hugely

Cons: Nothing, Everything was so good

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel felt like a fairytale, it far exceeded our expectation

Pros: The property was stunning: the design of the interiors were exquisite

convenient place to stay in Ouzoud

Pros: rooftop pool is nice, too bad that it was quite cold when visited (in late October)

Cons: there was a weird feeling, this quite large hotel seemed to be empty (in off season)
