Chems Du Lac Bin El Ouidane

Pros: We had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in the mountains of Morocco. The views were absolutely breathtaking—both from the hotel and along the drive getting there. It was such a peaceful and scenic escape. On top of that, we found some incredible food spots nearby, many of them offering stunning views as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature and great food!

Pros: The Rooms were excellent, Great views over the lake from the balcony.

Cons: Air conditioning could have been a little better as the room was not quite as cool as I would have liked.

Great place to chill

Pros: The pool area is great for chilling and lounging. Dinner is fantastic and dinning feels classy. Staff is very professional they take good care of you. If you like chilling on the terrace this is very good choice for the hotel.

Cons: I was missing some furniture to drop off my clothes and stuff in the room. Although the rooms and bed is good, I find the room a bit dark. But, this probably has to do, to keep the heat out of the rooms.

Tolles Hotel mit schlechter Rezeption

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage, eigentlich hervorragendes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf den See, ausstattungstechnisch gut gestaltet, schlicht und einfach und trotzdem luxuriös

Cons: Die Rezeption: auf mehrfaches Anfragen, ob noch ein Zimmer zur Verfügung steht, wurde ich abgewiesen (trotz der Gewissheit, dass noch Zimmer vorhanden waren, laut Booking-Webseite) - erst nach Buchung auf Booking, und dem damit verbundenen Zwang, mir eines der noch vorhandenen Zimmer zu vermieten, wurde eingestanden, dass dieses (vermutlich unter der Hand) eingeplant war... Aufgrunddessen wurden Gäste auch abgewiesen. Tipp an dieser Stelle: Einfach buchen! Das Personal ist gezwungen, das gebuchte Zimmer bereitzustellen. Ansonsten direkt Reklamation an Booking, das bedeutet dann richtig Ärger + Schadensersatz für nicht erbrachte Leistung.... Unprofessionelles und lächerliches Verhalten des Rezeptionisten,
