Kasbah Citoyenne

Pros: I had a wonderful experience at Kasbah Citoyenne. The food is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a great meal. What truly made the visit special was the kindness of the people. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive, like you are among friends. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Pros: The receptionnist El Habib very friendly and welcoming was great manager and the sttaf amazing and helping. Kasbah Citoyenne is very athuntique and respect norme tradition with decoration beautifull, all rooms clean's and large with view all hometown and mountains. Breakfast exceptionnel and hearty. We have some activites with El Habib in village we are visited cave Akhiam and other Kasbah traditionel called Kasbah Qaid Brahim, we don't have time for going to lakes Tisslit & Isly, village is cold but it's okay because 2400M altitude. If i will come back in Morocco, i will visit Kasbah Citoyenne again, place is very calme and oxygen clean. I recommand hightely. Thank you El habib again.

Cons: I don't have time just 1 night i want stay a lot

Lovely guest hope, basic, rustic but does the job as a stopover when travelling. Staff (and food) A+

Pros: Amazing staff, passionate about the local area and couldn't have done more to look after their guests. Really good evening meal and breakfast.

Pros: A big hotel, traditionally decorated inside. In April it was very cold inside with exception of the dining room which they heated well for the dinner. Friendly hotel personal, they played music in the evening, we loved that. The breakfast and dinner were good.

Cons: We were a big group in 4 rooms. Some of the beds were perfect, some beds a bit shaky and not really convenient. We didn't get an impression that they wash beddings after every guest. Anyway, it was so cold that we slept in clothes and under blankets. The area around the hotel is nothing special, in winter and spring quite deserted, some rubbish around. Maybe in summer it's nicer when trees are green. So I would not plan any hikes around, just come there for a rest and sleep.

Great value, great stay.

Pros: We're travelling Morocco as a group of eight motorcycles and have stated in many different hotels and kasbahs. This one was one of the best. Great value, really good food and the host couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely visit agian.

Very nice and welcoming experience

Pros: The Kasbah is a very nice place to stay for a night or longer. The auberge is very quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrasse is really beautiful! The staff is very welcoming and willing to make you feel comfortable. The food is great and you can share a moment talking with the staff or sharing some traditional berber music. I would highly recommend the Kasbah for a nice stop after a long day traveling !

Excellent stay with great personnel

Pros: We very much liked the ambiance of the Kasbah. The personnel was great and also the main room was very cosy, with a hearth burning and lots of people having a good time.

Cons: The nights can be very cold in the mountains, so be prepared with pyjama's and extra blankets.

Great Kasbah stay and service team for Morocco and adventure fans.

Pros: This is Morocco at it's purest. When it's cold outside, you can stay inside in the warming living and dining room. Great place for Adventurers to stay. Great team and engaged service every minute of your stay. Great outstanding food, drinks, and atmosphere. Fun for all on the heights of the Atlas. You can chose to camp outside within the secure kasbah.

Cons: nothing to complain, this is for Morocco fans, not costa del sol tourists.

Pros: It was a great surprise to find that place in the middle of the mountains. Artman is a great host and was very friendly.

Great option in this price range.

Pros: This is a very attractive hotel about a km north of Agoudal. The common areas are nicely decorated and we were very comfortable in our room. The food is excellent.
