Sahara Dome Camp

Pros: A beautiful camp located directly among the dunes, with complete peace and a calm, very intimate atmosphere! It is also quite easy to reach by car. The whole camp is very well maintained and carefully designed. Our dome was modern, clean, and comfortably furnished. We also joined a half-day tour organised by the camp team, exploring the dunes, fossils, and visiting a nomad family. In the evening, they organised live music around the fire under the stars, creating such a warm and memorable atmosphere. The entire team made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special desert escape.

Pros: A very warm and family-like camp, slightly away from the other camps - though easy to reach. The camp is very clean and modern, with a beautiful atmosphere. Hassan, Ali, and the whole crew made our stay unforgettable. Sharing an evening around the fire with traditional music and riddles made our time there truly special. Besides that, there was always someone to chat or play card games. We also did a quad tour organized by the camp, which was a fantastic experience and very well arranged. Delicious and varied dinners, not just the usual tagine or couscous. We stayed for three nights and would definitely recommend this camp.

Pros: I like everything. The location is exceptional, very beautiful view to the desert. Nice breakfast. The staff is very helpfull. You can reach the camp on your own car.

The best Merzouga experience!

Pros: We had such a great time at the camp! Everything was so clean and well kept, our meals were amazing and the staff was exceptional, very professional and kind. The staff was playing the music at night under the stars and this was such a unique desert experience! The highlight though was Hassan, the owner of the camp who was very helpful during our stay, he helped us with all the desert activities and transfers. We felt like he was our friend and he made our stay so unforgettable. Highly recommend this camp, you will not regret it!!

Incredible, serene glamping on the edge of the Sahara

Pros: Amazing glamping in a quiet corner on the edge of the Sahara proper but surrounded by lovely, small sand dunes making you feel like you are in a movie. Great traditional music, dance and and very generous meals.

Cons: Nothing, it's wonderful. Some points maybe from a tourist perspective; provide some brooms to clear our your tent from quite a lot of sand following a sandstorm, provide a list of beverages/food for sale so one doesn't need to ask as it's also very far away from shops - otherwise make sure to pack your own snacks and drinks if staying more than one night.

Unforgettable

Pros: Royal Sahara Dome Camp is pure magic—a perfect 10/10 Tucked in the stunning Erg Chebbi dunes, it’s a mix of cozy luxury and wild desert beauty. The domes are gorgeous, with comfy beds, colorful rugs, and a clear wall showing off the dunes at sunrise. The private bathroom with a hot shower was a dream, and the terrace was perfect for stargazing with mint tea. The staff Mohamed and crew made it unforgettable—super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. They guided an amazing camel ride at sunset and served delicious food and fresh dates by a campfire. The live music and stories under the stars felt so special. The desert’s quiet beauty and the camp’s charm made me feel totally at peace. I can’t wait to go back—this place is incredible!

Just stay and you wouldn’t regret 👌

Pros: You cannot find such a place to stay in Merzouga area. Luxury in budget with this unique experience. You can chill out in big balcony and best sunset you can see. My car was stuck somewhere in desert, they came to help. In evening, they played music and had great evening. Amazing food. I have a lot more to write but it’s simply amazing place.

Pros: Wspaniałe, spokojne i ciche miejsce. Dzięki odległości od innych kampów i niewielkiej liczbie namiotów, można zanurzyć się w atmosferze pustyni. Urocze spacery po otaczających obóz wydmach, wspaniały widok na gwiazdy z prywatnego tarasu i zachwycające panoramiczne okno na Erg Chebbi spowodowały, że zakochałam się w tym miejscu. Do tego łatwy dojazd własnym autem, przemiły gospodarz, pyszne jedzenie i szeroki wybór atrakcji. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Pros: 离主路很近，不用长时间坐车往返。 住宿硬件设施很好，有空调有热水洗澡有独立卫生间。 店员很热情，傍晚的atv和晚上的篝火都很棒。

Cons: 没有

Pros: Das Camp liegt abseits der großen Dünen und ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Außerdem gibt es nur 4 Bungalows. Super nettes Personal !

Cons: Das Essen war etwas ungewürzt aber die Küche hat sich Mühe gegeben. Die Betten sind wiklich hart !
