Pros: I love this location, especially because it's further south than a lot of the other tents so you get to see more of the sand dunes. It also has fewer tents which is perfect because you're not sharing the camp site with a large group. Above all, the customer service is my favorite part as they really take care of you from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Truly an unforgettable experience!

would recommend this camp

Pros: This was my second time in this area. This camp was lovely and welcoming. We were greeted with mint tea and cookies and snacks. Our tents were first class both with comfort and decor. We were warm and toasty at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this camp to my friends and family.

Unique experience

Pros: The desert at Merzouga is something else entirely, and staying there was a Unique experience in every sense of the word. The tent was spacious, equipped with electricity and hot water, and tastefully decorated. We took a 4x4 excursion to the great dunes and visited a small oasis. In the evening, we were served a delicious tagine, then sat around the fire listening to the Gnawa drums. The sky was spectacularly filled with stars.

Unforgettable

Pros: Upon our arrival in Merzouga, we were greeted with great care, and then we took a 4x4 across the dunes for a short but adrenaline-filled drive. We were warmly welcomed with mint tea and dates, and immediately felt like part of the family. The tent was very spacious and air-conditioned, the bed extremely comfortable, the private bathroom clean with hot water, and the decor a blend of desert style. In the evening, we went on a camel ride to admire the sunset. The sight of the sun disappearing behind the golden dunes was unforgettable. After a delicious Moroccan dinner (tagine, couscous, and traditional pastries), we enjoyed a wonderful evening of Amazigh music around the campfire. The next day, we took a 4x4 excursion to visit the oases and neighboring villages and discover the life of the Bedouin. We also tried driving quad bikes on the dunes, sandboarding and admiring the sunrise from the top of a dune.

Pros: The camp offers a complete desert experience from start to finish. A 4×4 tour, visiting nomadic families, desert music, and tea at sunset. Marwan and Abdelkarim were wonderful in their interaction and explanations. An experience worth repeating

Pros: Spending a night in Merzouga was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The endless dunes, the warm desert breeze, and the golden light created a dreamlike atmosphere. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and treated us like family, sharing their traditions with genuine pride. We enjoyed a flavorful Moroccan meal that was both comforting and rich in local spices. The sunset camel trek was peaceful and mesmerizing, with only the soft sound of footsteps in the sand. At night, the camp came alive with music, laughter, and stories under one of the clearest starry skies I’ve ever seen. A magical escape into the heart of the Sahara.

The tent is beautiful

Pros: The tent is beautiful and so comfortable that it feels like staying in a hotel in the heart of the desert. We took a 4x4 excursion to Dayet Srij Lake, where we saw camels, birds, and an indescribable tranquility. Afterward, we visited a small oasis and learned about the local way of life. In the evening, we sat around a fire listening to Gnawa drums and drinking mint tea. I woke up early the next morning to admire the sunrise: it was the most beautiful sight I've ever seen.

Cons: It was cold at night
