Exceptional service, camp, food and experience

Pros: Exceptional service, camp, food and location. Small enough to feel special and the pride of Berber heritage was everywhere. No plastic tents or quad bikes to kill the serenity. Stunning sunrise camel ride. Best bed in Morocco! 5 stars

A Truly Magical Desert Experience

Pros: Staying at this desert camp was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but also genuinely attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The setting of the camp is absolutely stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect balance of traditional charm and modern comfort. It’s clear how much thought and care went into creating such a peaceful and enchanting space. One of the highlights for me was the food. Not only was it delicious, but the hosts went out of their way to prepare homemade gluten-free bread especially for me — a gesture that truly touched me and showed their dedication to their guests’ needs. Everything was so well organized, from the transfers to the meals and the activities. I can’t recommend this place enough — it’s a unique, heartwarming experience I’ll never forget.

Outstanding New Year's Eve

Pros: A cosy intimate 6-tented authentic Berber camp. We will remember this New Year's Eve for many years to come. This is hospitality at its best in a rare suggestive environment, with luxury beds, and a unique atmosphere. Forget the other super touristic white-tented camps, packed one next to the other. Here is another category. Well done guys!

This is THE Place

Pros: Intimate camp away from the crowds. Great food, amazing staff and excellent service. The two brothers, Salim and Moha, are incredible hosts. If you’re planning on visiting Merzouga to experience the Sahara, this is the place. 10 out of 10 on every aspect.

Luxury in the dunes

Pros: Camp is located rather far out and has no immediate neighbours so it is quiet and you get a feeling for the dunes. It is very tastefully decorated, haimas (tents) are big. Exzellent and very personal treatment by the two owners/brothers who are Amizigh people, former nomads, and told us a lot about their culture. Decoration and service is very individual - there are only 6 tents and we had 6 staff, all extremely friendly. Food has a gourmet ambition and is not the traditional fare.

Cons: Well, this is not actually a desert - it is a huge sand dune so you have to have a little imagination for a \

Such an outstanding night in the desert.

Pros: From the initial greeting and drive in to the beautiful quiet, remote location to the camp itself. Wow. The staff were warm and engaging. The food was fantastic. We left reluctantly.

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful camp experience with absolutely amazing hosts

Pros: We loved our stay, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast and dinners were so amazing and delicious. Each day was a different menu and it was 5 star dining. We did a day trip with our host and visited a nomad village, driving all through the dunes, lunch at a picnic by a lake. Moha was the perfect host and told us so much history of the area and the people. It was so amazing to learn the many proud things he shared. The entire experience was beautiful and breathtaking.

Cons: That we had to leave

Authentiek, puur, betoverend.

Pros: Ons verblijf was geweldig.
