Perfect location on the edge of the Medina

Pros: The staff was excellent. Very helpful and responsive. Location is fantastic, especially when you come with your own or rental car. The hotel has one door directly to a large car park and on the other side a door that leads directly to the main street in the Medina.

Cons: The property can use some maintenance. The ventilation in the bathroom could also be better.

Definitely recommended

Pros: Excellent staff and hosts, very good location, basically located in the parking area, so you don't have to walk with luggage up or down the Medina, beautiful spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast and delicious restaurant if you decide to eat here. Definitely recommend, we were here in office season, but they do also have a indoor pool for summer.

Cons: Not a complaint but heads up, the bathroom and furniture are bit outdated but really add to the traditional feel if your into it.

Great spot.

Pros: Location is key, the door to the street and Medina are ideal. Gorgeous pool area.Lovely staff-Muhommaed, Ibrahim, Hussein & Mimi(our favourite) went out of their way to make our stay really great. From Mohammads help to check in,sort a car to meet us at the station, Ibrahim's help with a minor room issue upgrade and nightly meals to Hassain helping us get back to the station. They were really lovely.

Cons: I wouldve preferred if Mimi (the beautiful grey cat) could come home with us or that we could've stayed with her longer however it was not to be. I think she deserves her own table and breakfast,lunch and dinner served by the guys. She works on being cute very hard.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location, you can enter via the outside or inside of the Medina. We hired a car so we’re able to park directly outside one entrance and then enter the Medina through the other. Wonderful facilities and staff too. Loved it!

Amazing place!!!

Pros: Staying at Palais Shazam was a wonderful experience. Clean, great location, delicious food, a beautiful patio, an incredible atmosphere, and wonderful staff. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and incredibly kind. We give it a full ten, but if we could, we would give it 100!!! We are delighted and enchanted. We recommend it and believe we will return! ❤️❤️❤️

Pros: Ibrahim an Hassan, the most Lovely hosts you can imagine. And location is great as you can park (or take a taxi) all the way to the back entry door of the hotel. In a city without cars this is a big win!

Cons: There is some construction work ongoing which makes a bit of noise
