Amazing, clean, spacious, quiet.

Pros: The building and room was extremely beautiful. The room was also clean, spacious and quiet. I was very satisfied with the hotel and have nothing to criticise, I would definitely stay again. Mehdi was also a very gracious and welcoming member of staff who made me feel right at home.

Cons: I have nothing to critique.

Amazing value for money, beautiful riad and lovely, helpful kind staff with amazing breakfast.

Pros: The manager/host Eunice was wonderful, he was so kind and helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure that guests were looked after. This included taking us to find a taxi and negotiating a good price when we left. The breakfast was amazing and the riad itself is beautiful. The location is right in the middle of the Medina but slightly of the main road so is still quiet and peaceful. We also had a spacious room.

Cons: No complaints.

Superb location and wonderful hospitality!

Pros: We would like to extend our warmest gratitude to Saad, who manages the hotel. He is genuinely one of the kindest people we met during our trip and went out of his way to make our stay truly special. He recommended a walking tour of the medina, which was exceptional, and even arranged an early breakfast for us on the morning we travelled to Chefchaouen. The hotel itself is perfectly located—just off one of the busiest streets, yet wonderfully quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. It’s also incredibly convenient for pick-ups for day trips or onward travel. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and absolutely stunning (and having a TV was a bonus!). Breakfast was delicious—simple, fresh, and genuinely memorable. I’m still thinking about the cheese. We completely fell in love with Fes, and without a doubt, we would return to Riad Ridaya again for its generosity, warmth, and superb location. Shukran bzaf for everything!

Cons: It was perfect!

Pros: Location is very easy to access, and it was very convenient or us to load the baggage to taxi. The atmosphere of the riad is super. We are very satisfied with the experience of everything. Because we need to leave very early, we asked him to bring the breakfast exceptionally. They accepted it and we were very happy to eat the breakfast in the room.

Cons: Nothing. I and my family were very satisfied with the staying in this riad. We can recommend this riad to all visitors even for the first time in Morocco. They are very kind.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness, best location with great breakfast

Pros: The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

A good spot in Fes for a few nights. The family room was perfect for our family of 5. Nice beds compared to most places

Pros: The location is wonderful and the beds were super comfy. The staff were so helpful and organised an early breakfast for us when we had an early departure to the desert.

Pros: The property is close to all the main attractions. Interior is so gorgeous. Room was clean and neat. The host met us outside. He was very helpful and friendly. Communicated and gave us a map about the area. Good selection of breakfast. I asked for the chocolate cake to take with me and had another extra one given. We also left our backpacks as our flight was at night but check out was at 12pm. Next time if we come to Fez, I would book this hotel again.

Pros: Hospitality, good breakfast, great location, spacious well equipped room with TV and ac and big shower.

Cons: Would have liked a curtain for the window but this is just nitpicking.

Excellent Hospitality and Location

Pros: We had a wonderful day at this hotel. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to explore. It was clean and beautifully designed! Special thanks to Said who was there to greet us upon arrival. His warm hospitality truly made our experience unique! Greetings from Greek friends!
