Sumptious interior decorating
Pros: We stayed for 3 nights in this very ornate, glass roofed Riad, (It needed it as so much heavy rain) Over 4 floors we chose a spacious family room off the central courtyard filled with 19th century clocks and arfitacfs. On the rooftop terrace you can get a partial view over the medina. Tucked away in a quiet part of the old town yet an easy to walk...and get lost in the complex of alleyways. Quite a few restaurants closeby. I give a big shout out and thanks to each and everyone one of the staff, very freindly and very helpful.
Cons: TV had no channels

Pros: Riad Damia made our stay in Fes truly unforgettable – the whole building feels like traveling back in time, with the beauty of the riad absolutely stunning. We booked two rooms, and both were fantastic. The reception staff was incredibly kind and upgraded us to an even more beautiful room that looked like a suite.Breakfast was very good, and all the people at the hotel are so friendly, going out of their way to make your stay unique and memorable.

Pros: The stay felt very authentic, with a nice dinner and breakfast during our short visit. Everything was comfortable, and the location close to the Medina made it convenient and enjoyable. I would recommend it for a brief, authentic experience.
Cons: We stayed just one night, but it’s worth noting that during colder weather, the bedroom heater was quite loud and not very strong, and the dining area was also a bit chilly. Guests visiting in winter should be prepared for cooler temperatures and make use of the provided blankets.

Beautiful, ornate and quiet. Helpful staff
Pros: Stunning looking property, quiet and lovely staff. We arrived when they had a function which was noisy but over at a reasonable Time and cool music.
Cons: As with all the beautiful older Riads- the stairs!

Our 4 night stay was enjoyable, Hussain & Asmaa were fabulous hosts! I would definitely stay here again.
Pros: This is a beautiful Riad, the location was perfect to where we needed to be & a short walk to the Medina. The staff were wonderful, nothing was a problem! Asmaa went out of her way to help find us further accommodation in the area as we decided we needed another 2nights and they were fully booked.
Cons: The linen need’s replacing, towels were all frayed and the sheets were not in good condition.

Worth the money with a lot of charm.
Pros: The location at the edge of the medina is great. Once you know to orientate yourself in this area. Close to place Batha hence Bab Boujloud (10 min walk). The room is a suite actually. The riad is a fantastic house from 14th century. It was renovated for about 15-20 years. It has a lot of charm. A very pleasant terrace too with a fantastic view The staff is really helpful and friendly and truly nice.
Cons: It is clean. And as said it is an old house and you will find here and there traces ic its age. In the same times you cannot compare Moroccan standards with European (Swiss standards). Hence it is as clean as it can get. The room is cleaned everyday - no worries. We were disappointed by the restaurant. The price-quality ratio was far from what we expected. A meal costs about 60 euros which way too high compared to nice places outside. Having said that we had dinner only once. We saw other people dining there who were satisfied.

A perfect oasis of calm in a real riad with rooms overlooking the pretty central courtyard
Pros: Spacious family room with couches and cushions and an amazing bathroom ceiling, with windows overlooking the gorgeous central courtyard. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. All in a great location close to the central souks in the old city (10 mins walk exploring narrow streets).
Cons: Our taxi driver could have listened to the directions from the riad rather than try and find his own way there! A very quiet area at night, so best to eat in the busy central area, or in the riad itself.
