Nice place in the Medina of Fez

Pros: Firstly, the marking was incorrect. I hope this will be rectified. I happened to be there because I preferred to stay in the countryside, where the marking was set, rather than in the centre of Fez. So I had to cycle another 44 km to get there. The room I got is beautiful and colourful, just like in the photos. A mixture of tradition and modern comfort. There is a restaurant with good food, including vegetarian options, where breakfast is served. The location is on the edge of the medina of Fez, a good starting point for visiting all the sights on foot. The owner took care of missing things like a heater in winter and brought one later.

Cons: As mentioned, the marker was in the wrong place, in Ait Hmiddane instead of Fez. I didn't see the advertised kitchen, but there is a good restaurant. The only negative thing was that one of my rear lights was missing the next day. That wasn't the rental company's fault, but the children from the nearby school.

Great new riad with helpful and friendly staff, excellent service, and a luxurious breakfast

Pros: Initially I was very skeptical because there were no reviews at all. The reason for this was that the riad had only been open for a few weeks and we had booked 2 rooms. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room had everything it needed, there was even a coffee machine and a kettle and breakfast was luxurious and delicious the properties restaurant was outstanding fresh local food, Ahmed and his team contacted us 12 hours before arrival and arranged airport taxi pickup, Friendly hosts who have a lot of information, and tea, and are happy to share that with you.
