Excellent stay, best I’ve ever had

Pros: Absolutely everything! it was the most amazing stay. Hayat, Mehdi and Nourdine are amazing!

Cons: Consider providing guests a front door key for Riad entry. I felt a bit locked in or locked out without one.

Pros: Excellent location, right next to the Medina, yet very easy to reach by car. There is a great selection of restaurants and services near the hotel, which makes the stay very convenient. The room and bathroom are large, comfortable, and well maintained. The heater works extremely well, which was especially appreciated. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast is tasty and well prepared. Hayat and Nordine are truly amazing. They took excellent care of us, answered all our questions, and gave great local recommendations. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The true gem in Fes

Pros: Location top, around the corner of Medina but in a quiet place with easy access by veichle; beautiful ornaments and decorations, an authentic experience to live in a traditional Riad. But the staff is the real gem: each of them provides us helpful information, warm greetings whenever we're out or back, and invited us to stay in a spare room for tea or breaks as we booked a room with limited space for three adults. Overall I would definitely recommend this place especially for those who what to have a special experience (I saw couples came for honeymoon).

Wonderful experience in fez

Pros: The building is fantastic . The patio wonderful, the terrace impressive and the room astonishing. Nordine (I hope I spell it well ) the recepcionista was lovely. And very helpful. Breakfast fantastic and the stuff nice polite and very polite

Peaceful escape

Pros: Beautiful Riad - a truly peaceful enclave amidst the bustling Medina, instantly you feel relaxed on entry even after a stressful days travelling. Hayat was the most caring and attentive host, providing us with all the information and tips for getting around the city, delivered in perfect english and french. Special mention to one gentleman who got us our breakfast ready very early one morning when we had a tour to get to. The room was spacious, comfortable and traditionally decorated. AC was great too.

Cons: Pretty much nothing. Perhaps the room we had was a bit too big to be cosy, but this isn’t true of all the rooms.
