A Wonderful Riad in the Heart of Fez
Pros: This beautiful riad is perfectly located in a strategic spot, just a short walk from the main attractions of the Medina, while also being close to essential services such as taxis, buses, ATMs, post offices, cafés, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Breakfast is truly delicious, freshly prepared every morning. We were warmly welcomed by Hamza, who was incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. He immediately made himself available, sharing valuable insights about the city and Moroccan culture. We felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Fez.

A beautiful place with exceptional service and food
Pros: We had an excellent stay here. The building is absolutely stunning and very well located. The staff were fantastic – friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful even before our arrival. They arranged our transfers, a massage, an excursion, and even booked us a table at their restaurant, where we had the best meal of our entire trip to Morocco. Our room was lovely – spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented.
Cons: There’s really nothing negative to mention; everything was perfect.

Pros: This is a beautiful riad with very helpful staff. Yasmin and the manager, Tahir, were both very responsive, and Hamza kindly came to assist me with my large luggage from the drop-off point arranged by my transfer company. Even though my schedule was a bit messy, they did their best to accommodate my arrangements. The location is excellent — I could easily walk to the old town, and the rooftop is a lovely, relaxing space where I spent a peaceful afternoon.
Cons: The breakfast was good overall. As some other guests have mentioned, it consists mainly of bread and pancakes. It would be nice to have eggs included for a bit more variety, as I experienced in other riads during my trip in Morocco.

Pros: Had an excellent stay at Riad Zamane in beautiful Fes. Very welcoming staff and the location is perfect, being just on the outer, quieter parts of the medina.

Come stay in a traditional Moroccan style house in the heart of ancient city Fes!
Pros: Bed and pillows are very comfortable. We had very good sleep even in the medina of Fes. The riad is like an oasis from the outside world. The decor is exquisite and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very delicious. The location is close to the madrasa and the first university in the world. We booked a private day tour guide from the riad and he is like a walking encyclopedia! Very well worth every minute!

Pros: This Riad was exceptional - even more beautiful than the photos on the inside, roof top terrace had the most beautiful views of Fes and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were especially happy with our room, which was huge and very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the main attractions. Food (we had breakfast and a dinner) was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here in Fes.

Simply amazing
Pros: We booked the riad as a treat for ourselves, it was by far the fanciest place we have ever stayed - and it was so worth it! We had a really quite room with a small terrace. The shower and ambience were amazing, the bed really comfortable. And where should I start with the breakfast? It was served on the ground floor of the riad, which is so picturesque with the fountain and it's tiles. We were served fresh fruit juices and Moroccan delicacies every morning. The portions were generous and delicious. The staff was very attentive and welcomed us with a smile. 11/10 experience. Thank you!
