Well located nice looking riad in Fez
Pros: This accommodation is conveniently located within the city, we stayed there two days and one day we walked through the medina, the other we could reach the royal palace on foot as well. We especially appreciated that they arranged transportation for us late at night and early in the morning (27€, cheaper at more reasonable hours). The rooms were simple but comfortable. The common spaces are beautiful. The wifi was stable. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, same both days, except for mandarin/orange juice.
Cons: Our triple room was located on the top floor, which was a nuisance at first when we arrived at night, but we were next to the rooftop so that was a perk. If you have trouble climbing stairs, I'd recommend asking first about where your room will be located.

Great experience and would definatley recomend to others and stay here again.
Pros: Beautifully renovated riad. Owner and staff were great, rooms were stylish comfortable and clean. Lovely courtyard area for breakfast. Good breakfasts and delicious evening meal. Location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, but right on the edge of the medina, with nice places to eat nearby.
Cons: Wifi intermittent in our room, no hair dryer in room.

Wonderful! This is the second time my groups have stayed here, and we will definitely stay again.
Pros: The location and price are excellent. My group loved nearly everything about this riad. The staff go above and beyond to take care of everything. Mohammed does an excellent job, and Patrick is great at communicating.
Cons: The beds were too firm.

Nice location, friendly staff
Pros: Good location (ca. 200m from nearest street parking) Ca. 500m to Medina, Mohammad one of the staff showed us to a hidden restaurant on the first evening we were there. Breakfast was good, we were also able to get breakfast packed on the second morning as we were leaving very early.
Cons: Rooms can be better lit, Water boiler for tea or some hot beverage could be nice in the rooms.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maryam, Muhammad, Abdullhab were amazing and made our stay pleasant and comfortable 😊
Cons: It would be good if the bathroom doors had locks and washers or douche pipe.

Perfect place to base yourself out of for a multi-day visit to Fes.
Pros: Great breakfast. Breads, yogurt, eggs, jams and jellies. Excellent coffee. The entire family that runs it. The beautiful architecture, it is an amazing property. A great location and easy to find. A large room with a great bathroom exactly as advertised.
Cons: Beds in Morocco tend to be on the firm side, this one was also like that. Still comfortable, with plenty of bedding and nice pillows, but a firm mattress.

Moroccan hospitality which may make us come back to Fes
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and we felt welcomed. Especially Muhammad went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We weren’t having breakfast at the riad as we wanted more variety. So he offered us fruits and different breakfast too. His mint tea was the best amongst all the mint tea we had in 8 days. Cleaning was done everyday and the room was comfortable with AC. Beautiful decor of the traditional 1948 riad is really special. The pricing is very reasonable especially for the location. It’s located near the entrance of Medina, but far enough from it to be quiet and peaceful. Also the area ‘Batha’ is a nice area, safer than some of the others we visited. Laundry, shops for water, cafes, ATM, peti taxi and street food stalls nearby, everything was on the door step. Overall Muhammad’s hospitality made this whole trip memorable and this riad can be one of the reasons for us to come back to Fes.
Cons: It’s a structural problem in this riad, but the room is always humid and the shower spreads water all over the bathroom, so make sure you close the toilet lid so that the toilet seat won’t be wet. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and it can open easily (we put the bin to keep the door shut). The breakfast could have different varieties, along with good coffee (it was instant) and fresh orange juice (instead of bottled juice with sugar). But all these issues are trivial when you think of all the hassles to find a right riad to stay - there are some dishonest people only interested in making money and lie about things. We were actually taken to this riad by another riad owner, who was exactly that; how lucky we were that his riad wasn’t available!
