A wonderfully warm experience! We didn’t want to leave.
Pros: The building was beautifully kept and was a well preserved riad-very authentic! It was visually a feast for the eyes. The staff were brilliant especially Marcus and the Mohammeds.
Cons: Not much. It was a bit cold in the rooms initially.

An inspiring stay
Pros: I like the heritage look if you accustomed to traditional outlook perfect Service and personal touch was excellent
Cons: Spa wasn’t inclusive Pool was rather small It was right in the middle no privacy Also cars don’t come right to the road so a small walk with suitcases Not a big issue unless you have loads of baggage

Excellent Riad, where Bono also stayed once
Pros: Thr facilities are excellent, very well maintained, although there were very few guests, the staff went beyond their way to accommodate preferences and upgraded my room.
Cons: The staff has forgotten I had booked a transfer on departure, and although tried to organise a new one, it didn't arrive and I ended up flagging a standard taxi at the nearby square.

Stay in the oldest Medina
Pros: ★★★★★ Our stay at Riad El Yacout in Fez was unforgettable! Upon arrival, an employee kindly helped us locate the parking garage, setting the tone for the amazing hospitality we experienced. The staff here were the kindest and most helpful of our entire Morocco trip. The riad's stunning architecture and rich sense of tradition and history left us in awe—it's no surprise that the band U2 stayed here! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The riad is conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit, and we easily walked to the tannery using Google Maps. Highly recommended for an authentic and welcoming experience in Fez!
Cons: We had a bit of trouble with the TV, the staff promptly assisted us.

Cleanliness, position, beauty & care all in one place.
Pros: The Riad was perfectly located and free from the hustle and bustle of the Medina that it sat upon the edge of. However, the best thing was the staff. The attention to detail and the attentiveness was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
Cons: I have nothing to complain about.

Beautiful Riad in Fes
Pros: The location is great to visit Fes, very close to the Medina. The suite we got was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was also very welcoming and available to support with everything we needed.

Bono and U2 were on to a good thing when they stayed here to record a music album.
Pros: This is a beautiful riad well worth seeking out. It dates from the 14th century and has been lovingly restored with all modern conveniences. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful with advice and tips. Marcos was especially so. The riad is very handy for the Medina and near a taxi rank for the station and new town. Dinner in the courtyard was very atmospheric with excellent food and some fine local musicians. Bedrooms were spacious and we were upgrades to a delightful suite.
Cons: Our stay was hugely enjoyable.
