Pros: Riad Al Mozyane is a gem! This little pocket of serenity is not only beautiful, it quickly becomes home. Very good location,it was close to the main points of the old medina. The team are excellent & happy to help with anything you need, always with a genuine smile. His was our favorite place that we stayed during our trip to Morocco! The rooms were spacious .Breakfast and dinner ( which we definitely recommend!! absolutely delicious - homemade) are served there and it makes you feel like you're in a fairytale. Breakfast was good, perfect for someone with a sweet tooth (pancakes, fruit, yogurt). Moha was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend staying here. Make sure to spend a few moments at the end of the day on the quiet terrace upstairs.

Overall, pleasant stay

Pros: Enjoyed the location- right in the medina close to the many shops and restaurants Staff very friendly, especially Hiat Easy to get to by cab, just on the edge of the medina

Cons: Right next to mosque so can be loud with the prayers and can hear motorcycle engines and people just outside Rooms had reduced circulation, but opening the window helps

Pros: La ubicación del Riad es perfecta, a pocos metros de la puerta azul y se llega directamente en coche. Las habitaciones son grandes y el desayuno está muy bien. Solicité 1 desayuno sin gluten para mi hija celíaca y lo atendieron perfectamente. La gestión de traslado al aeropuerto y la atención que nos dió Hyat son insuperables¡¡ He estado 4 veces en Fes y sin duda recomendaría siempre este Riad.

Cons: La cama estaba muy dura el primer día pero lo arreglaron con un cover sobre el colchón. El baño está escaso de gel y champú, deberían instalar algún tipo de dispensador. Los armarios no tienen perchas par colgar la ropa. Son detalles mínimos

Pros: La posizione, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Medina, l’atmosfera, la pulizia, la gentilezza dello staff, la cena

Cons: Il ritardo del driver che ci doveva riaccompagnare all’aeroporto, l’odore di scarico in una camera che ci è stata prontamente cambiata

Personnel très agréable et excellent emplacement

Pros: L'emplacement est vraiment parfait . pas loin de la porte bleue et à proximité de petits restaurants excellents . Le riad est vraiment très beau et le personnel aux petits soins . Je le recommande vivement

Ottima posizione e staff gentile

Pros: Molto gradevole l’atmosfera in questo Riad vicino alla Medina, stanze larghe e pulite, ottima la cena e la colazione

Cons: Il transfer verso l’aeroporto è avvenuto con mezz’ora di ritardo

Pros: Come essere a casa. Accoglienza stupenda. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione semplice e buona. Posizione semplicemente perfetta
