Gorgeous family run riad
Pros: Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic, as was the view. Gorgeous building. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times.
Cons: The sound proofing between rooms was poor. We could hear the adjacent room when in the bathroom, and any sounds from the courtyard were very apparent in our room (and vice versa i suspect).

Great place
Pros: We arrived at the riad at 10 a.m., and although check-in is from 2 p.m., they kindly allowed us to check in early since the room was ready. We truly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff from the very beginning. They welcomed us with coffee and cookies, which we enjoyed on the terrace — a very pleasant place. The suite was very spacious, the bathroom was clean, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast was delicious and abundant; we had it in the courtyard, which has a very special charm. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. If we have the opportunity to return to Fez in the future, we will definitely stay with you again.
Cons: Nothing in particular; we have already let them know.

Pros: Beautiful Riad, very tastefully decorated, lovely staff and great food (dinner menu and breakfast). Just keep in mind that there isn't any sound proofing and noise/conversations carry throughout the riad.

Centrally Riad but wouldn’t go back
Pros: Centrally located and beautiful renovated Riad in the heart of Fes. The staff was polite and the breakfast was decent but nothing special. The only important negative point was that there was a distinct sewage smell in our room and the Riad that made us not wanting to come back. When we asked the manager he told it is coming “from the wood” but clearly the smell was not that…We stayed in many Riads across our trip to Morocco and this was the only one either that issue. Unfortunately for that reason I wouldn’t recommend/going back.

A warm welcome in Fes
Pros: A lovely Riad just on the edge of the Medina. Latifa gave us the most warm welcome and it was a great spot to begin our Fes adventure. I am coeliac and require a gluten free diet and had advised them of this in advance. Every day there were different choices of gluten free pancakes, little cakes and Moroccan flatbread for breakfast as well as delicious fresh orange juice, GF yogurt and a good pot of tea. Latifa was very helpful on excursions and sat down with us to work out the best way to do things. The room was kept very clean. The terrace is lovely but it was a bit too cold for us to sit out for long. It would be a lovely place to have breakfast during spring and summer. Our flight out was very early but a member of staff was there to provide a packed breakfast and see us on our way. An excellent place to stay.
Cons: As others have said, the walls are thin and you can hear other guests. We were there in the winter and some nights we were the only guests there so it didn’t matter but I can imagine it could be noisy if it was full.
