Pros: very nice and I like the riad, the bathroom was big and nice, the room was royal and clean. The staff was also very nice, two young men who helped us with everything, ordered a taxi. The breakfast was a normal local breakfast

Great value for money and Would recommend to people.

Pros: The location, staff and facilities were great. The single staff member who was working whilst we were there went over and above. He made us breakfast before the set time as we had to leave the hotel early.

Wonderful old Riad with parking

Pros: Excellent location. Beautiful old Riad. Parking is usually a nightmare in Fès but here it works. A large parking area 500 m away. Walk or take a small taxi to the hotel. Taxis don’t cost much.

Pros: Beautiful riad with excellent facilities — and best of all, an outstanding staff. Abdul and Aziz were the best hosts I had in Morocco. I wholeheartedly recommend this riad without hesitation.

Excellent Riad in Fes

Pros: Lovely building in a great location next to the market. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and hardworking. Had an amazing time, made better by the experience provided by the staff, in particular Aziz, who was very informative and gave a demonstration of traditional Moroccan dress and customs. Thank you!

Pros: Super helpful staff (especially Aziz), comfy rooms (good size, with comfortable beds), nice view from terrace (higher than surrounding buildings), pretty architecture (especially the ceilings), good breakfast (eggs, coffee, tea, and more), location (just off a main road for easy taxi access, also close to both the tourist and Andalusian median districts), calm and relaxed (no road noise, and plenty of corners to relax and read a book), good private taxi tour of fes sites outside the medina (decent price, and flexible if you want to see more, only one - genuine & optional - cooperative shop stop).

Cons: Minor bathroom issues (Hot water slow, minor toilet smell, and drainage issues), minor issues with air con (heating was a bit weak or noisy at times), and a bit tired in places (bathrooms and duvets), no coffee in rooms. Be aware, there is no lift (like most Riads) and you have to ring a bell to get in (you don't get a front door key)

Pros: All the staff was very kind, specially the young Aziz, polite and helpufull!

Cons: The hot water delay too much in the shower, that means waste of water and time..

Amazing riad in Fes

Pros: The riad is incredible, like a palace. And Hamid’s attention was superb. The best riad we stay at in Morocco. Totally recommended.
