Pros: Beautiful riad in Fes, close to one of the gates so easy to find, and convenient parking nearby (€4 per 24 hours). The room we had was very spacious and the private bathroom was great (hot water with amazing water pressure). The beds were hard but as we've learnt, this is pretty standard in Morocco. If you opt for breakfast, this is served at the owner's other riad just around the corner.

Very nice place close to everything

Pros: Clean, cozy room, very close to Medina. Staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. A beautiful riad.

Cons: Stairs to our room were narrow and dangerous. We felt a bit uncomfortable with it. This was the only thing, but it is understandable cause it’s a Riad, not a hotel.

Beautiful

Pros: First of all the Riad is absolutely gorgeous! Every little detail is really pretty. The location is optimal! It‘s close to the souks and to the meeting points for tourists. The heating works and there is warm water to shower. The blankets and the toilet were clean and towels were provided.

Cons: The ac works fine but it creaks constantly, so it was a little bit difficult to sleep and the mattress is really hard!

Great location in safe area and amazing hosts

Pros: Great location, both the riad and area feels very safe. Clean rooms and amazing art on the walls. The host was excellent - he went the extra mile to make sure I had a great time, first by explaining how everything works, helping me book guided tours, and followed up during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed.

Cons: The bed is quite firm compared to European beds, but pillow and sheets are of good quality.

Pros: This is a wonderful place to stay…we felt safe and comfortable. Especially glad of the heating…it can get cold in mid December particularly at night. Shower was excellent…good pressure and heat. Staff amazing…made us feel welcome. We had dinner at their neighbouring Riad…and enjoyed the food. Great location…

Pros: Everything was great. The room was clean and well facilitated. It has a heater and a spare blanket for the cold nights in winter. It’s located right next to the big road so very convenient to approach by cars The host Hanae was very helpful and welcoming. I’d like to come back when i visit Fes next timer

Pros: Spacious clean room well located next to the centre. Good water pressure in the shower. Helpful and quick reacting host. Good value overall (8,5 score for me).

Cons: The bathroom drain was a bit smelly (which also happens in other places) and the window had cracks that let in cold air and street noise.
