Riad Fes Hayat - Confort Stay

Pros: Close to Medina but still reachable with car. Safe parking available in 200m. Lot of restorants at 100m. Nice interior.

Cons: A little noisy for the car free city

Pros: Everything ! Young lady Hanae was reactive available for all questions and organising trips ! She speaks both french and English and very pleasant and competent . The Hamam they recommend in old town is very good .

Cons: Nothing except the street sounds for the front rooms and sound of plumbing for lower rooms which can be irritating late in the evenings .

Pros: Lovely terrace room. Worth the climb. Good heating on chilly damp evenings and very hot water with own little water tank. On somewhat busy street near entrance to Medina in, I believe, the oldest part.

Cons: Extra blanket had been damp and was a bit stinky so luckily had heat.

Pros: Very welcoming reception, secure motorcycle parking. A short walk to the Medina and restaurants all around

Cons: No hot water for a morning shower even after running it for more than 5 minutes

Great place with fantastic, dedicated staff

Pros: The best feature of the place is the amazing staff. I was a bit sick while being there and they did everything for me to get better. I asked if they might get me some bananas and Coca Cola - five minutes later they brought it to my room. Just great hospitality. Hanae, the manager speaks English fluently and is available via phone and Whatsapp The room was big, clean and comfortable with a big bathroom with shower. It was situated on the rooftop which has a great view over the city.

Good place to stay

Pros: The owners were very kind and friendly, the breakfast was very good and full. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very nice to stay in

Cons: Too many stairs as it was an old riad we requested to change the room and it was very quick

Very good value for money riad stay, great location and welcoming staff

Pros: The staff were so friendly from beginning to end and made us feel welcome every day. The room was very nice and clean. We had the room next to a private terrace which was so lovely but also made the room a bit cold at night. The room wasn’t that well isolated, so even though there was heating, it didn’t do much. But lots of blankets made it okay :) The other rooms aren’t attached to a terrace so I suppose having another room (or not going in the middle of winter ofcourse) would make this even less of an issue. The breakfast was good. We also requested mint tea multiple times during our stay and always got helped with a smile (and the tea was amazingly good:)) Also a nice neighbourhood with lots of opportunities to eat. We also enjoyed that the riad isn’t located in a very narrow alley, more on a wider street which made it less difficult to find and less daunting to go out at night while being new to the city.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the staff was super polite and attentive, the rooms and riad were incredible, beautiful, and the breakfast was good.

Pros: The girl at the front desk, Hannae, is an absolute gem! She’s kind, warm-hearted, and makes every guest feel completely at home. The restaurant’s food is also super tasty. If you visit Fes, this place should definitely be your top pick. Hannae is always ready to help with anything you need while you're in Morocco. She’s honestly so amazing that if I were local, I’d probably joke about marrying her—she’s just that wonderful! Hahaha
