Pros: Everything about Riad El Amine Fès exceeded expectations. The place itself is absolutely breathtaking — a perfect blend of history, beauty, and serenity right in the heart of the medina. The staff made the experience unforgettable: the manager Zohra was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The reception team was always welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast staff were genuinely kind and accommodating. Every single person we interacted with showed true hospitality and pride in their work.

Cons: Honestly, nothing worth mentioning — everything from the service to the atmosphere was exceptional.

Pros: We had an unforgettable stay at this magnificent Riad in Fes! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm. The staff are kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Amine, the owner, who personally ensures that every guest is happy and comfortable. His dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and varied a perfect way to start the day. And the panoramic rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the medina. I highly recommend this exceptional place it truly deserves a five-star rating!

Hidden gem - staff goes above and beyond

Pros: Once you step through the door, you enter into an amazing 17th century perfectly restored oasis. After enjoying the main space with a cup of Moroccan mint tea, I was taken to my room (I was upgraded to the ambassador suite) with a table full of delicious treats which made me feel like a princess. The breakfast is delicious, each day different local dishes. And the pool is a perfect way to cool off after a day walking through the medina. Overall a lovely hidden gem to recover from the hustle and bustle of Fes. Best of all, the staff truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately I got stung by a wasp on the rooftop terrace and as I am allergic they drove me to the hospital, so I could get to an IV injection to prevent the allergic reaction. Thanks to their quick action I got to enjoy my stay in Fed (and never even saw a hospital bill)

Cons: The wasp - but that is not something the Riad can control on the rooftop

Hidden Oasis

Pros: The Riad is so stunning, like a hidden oasis. Zahra, Aicha, Zakaria and the rest of the staff were very kind and took good care of us. The hamam experience was also great.

Local lindo em que se sente o verdadeiro clima de Fès

Pros: o local é simplesmente lindo por dentro. Atendimento extremamente personalizado. Quarto amplo, em nosso caso com acesso por elevador. A localização também é ótima

Cons: Chegaram a nos oferecer um upgrade para um quarto maior, mas não tinha acesso por elevador, o que para nós teria sido um problema e por isso recusamos. Mas nosso quarto foi ótimo.

Eles fizeram nossos dias em Fes muito melhor! 😊❤️🇲🇦

Cons: The Hammam isn’t worth the money it costs - you’re better off going somewhere in the new city.

Pros: Colazione abbondante e molto varia. La camera bellissima e molto grande come pure il bagno. Splendidi gli spazi comuni arredati con mobili antichi e di pregio come la nostra camera, grande attenzione ai particolari. Splendido roof top con buon ristorante. Tutto il personale è molto disponibile, in particolare Zahra ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza. Bello l’hamman

Pros: La arquitectura, la decoración, el mobiliario, el servicio. Zahra, quien coordina la operación, es una persona atenta que resuelve tus peticiones. Todo el personal fue muy amable.

Wonderful Ryad experience.

Pros: Stunning restoration of a centuries old ryad. The rooms, decor, furnishings: spectacular! I had a massage and Hammam at the spa , which was lovely. The staff ALL provide excellent service. Special mention of Aisha and Zakariyya for their kindness.
