Pros: Staff is amazing, very helpful, nice terrace, good tea, good location near to medina gate so it is easy to find, I give10 only because of staff as riad is not more than 6
Cons: Definitely not luxurious, rooms are very modest, towels we got were wet so we had to dry them, mini bar was empty, breakfast was very modest we had to ask to give us eggs as they offered only bread and spreads, eggs weren't offered as breakfast option rather our request as we were hungry having to share some butter and jam between 3 of us. We also paid for dinner and staff sent us menu, when we came, most of the items from menu weren't available, same happened next day, so management really needs to step up and offers better service.

Beautiful stay!
Pros: The Riad is authentically Moroccan, featuring traditional tiles on the floors, walls, and ceilings, along with beautiful lamps and window decor. It truly captures the feel of old-world Morocco. On a positive note, the Wi-Fi was stable and worked well throughout our stay. Yet, this is far from a 5-star experience. The Riad is showing its age and is in need of renovation and maintenance. It has potential, but the lack of upkeep is disappointing. But although the Riad does not offer a five-star level of luxury, the kindness, dedication, and genuine warmth of the staff — particularly Ahmed — outweigh any minor flaws. From the moment you arrive, you feel cared for, sincerely welcomed, and embraced as part of the family.

Amazing city palace with beautiful rooms and great staff.
Pros: We had the most amazing room in this fabulous city palace. The staff was extremely friendly and tended every need. The breakfast was also amazing.

Pros: Some of the staff asked us to rate 10/10 because their salary depends on it. Hope the owner will be happy. The place is beautiful. Staff is very helpful and nice.
Cons: The shower tap was very old and falling apart. Margarine instead of butter for breakfast. Price higher compared to similar options.

Excellent Stay in a traditional raid with exceptional staff !! Highly recommended
Pros: Very nice traditional Raid just minutes away from Fes medina . Communication is great from the moment I booked . Special shoutout to Ahmed who will go beyond to make your stay comfortable. Ahmed has kindly helped us with the bags , arranged a tour guide to see the medina and also he helped us to book a Hammam. Every staff in this raid is so friendly and very helpful . Rooms are carefully designed with a traditional feel and it is clean . Excellent breakfast every morning and the mint tea which my children loved !!

Lovely people, cozy ambiance, good choice.
Pros: At the beginning, we were told by a friend that we should stay at the new city, then we insisted to stay here, it turned out to be a good decision. We had nice memory here, staff are friendly, hard working. Breakfast includes breads, coffee, juice, we asked for eggs, and they were tasty.
Cons: One toilet was stinky, it may need to be checked.

Nice way to discover the soul and origin of Morocco.
Pros: The staff, Ahmed, Anas, and the young guy who looks like the famous Moroccan football player, Hakimi are all friendly and warm hearted, they helped us carry the luggage, asked us what we needed. The hotel is perfectly located, five minutes walk to the heart of Fez.

the positives far outweighed this, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.
Pros: overall had a very good experience. The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore, and the service from the staff was truly excellent — everyone was warm, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay. They even arranged a guide for a tour, who turned out to be absolutely fantastic and really enhanced the visit. The food was also a highlight — delicious and well prepared.
Cons: The only downside was that parts of the property, particularly the shower area, looked a little run down and could benefit from some refurbishment or uplift
