Highly recommended for an authentic Moroccan Riad

Pros: The traditional design and the staff was excellent and very helpful

Cons: No direct access by car but its only a 1 minute walk to the hotel from the main street

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the home made breads were great. The location was perfect for me, a short walk to the old medina but handy to everything else. The staff were especially great.

Great value!

Pros: The Riad is so beautiful and the rooms are so well furnished that I had to double check the Booking.com app to make sure I was in the right place for what I paid.😊 Mohammed was very kind and helpful and showed me a few rooms to choose from. All rooms have a very strong aircon and the bathroom has a hot shower. The Riad also has a very comfortable and large rooftop, with tables and long chairs. The location, although within the boundaries of a little zouk, is convenient if you want to stay outside of the Fes medina but within walking distance. Also, if you are traveling light, the train station is about 20-30 min walk. A few minutes walk from the Riad, you have Bab Makina and the amazing Jnan Sbil gardens---many restaurants in front of the gardens. Breakfast is self-service and there is plenty to choose from...hot or cold.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: - super attentive staff Mohammed, whatsapp'd you in advance & can be contacted easily. - fast & reliable wifi. - massive breakfast with hot food. - big size room. - good location in New Fez. - beautiful courtyard. - shelves in bathroom. - plenty of electric sockets.

Cons: - weak shower. - a little bit noisy. - no chair in room despite there being a desk in it. - despite best effort by Mohammed, still being scammed by local taxi to the train station.

A hidden gem. Check this out.

Pros: Mohammed was extremely polite, helpful and flexible. We extended our stay by two nights. Is just inside the Medina with taxis and tour pick up a couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast was complete and very satisfying. In-house dinner and spa also available. Inner courtyard was regal great background for internet links to home and work. Overall, it was great value. Highly recommended.

Over and above

Pros: We are two women travelling together, and we loved Palais Raid Reda! It's a truly beautiful building. Reda and Mohammed were just fantastic giving directions to various sights and a telephone number to call if we got lost! They went over and above what was expected and even posted our postcards home. The Spa is also fabulous - I had my first Hamman bath - an amazing experience.

Treasure trove in the middle of Fes's hustle and bustle

Pros: The stay was really enjoyable. The property is beautiful and has excellent location. It is close to both Palace in Fes and the main Medina of Fes, while providing a leisure stay. The staff is also v helpful, especially Mohammad, who is responsible for general upkeep and the other person who sits at the front desk. Will absolutely recommend it to everyone.
