Pros: This stay provided a truly immersive cultural experience in the heart of the Fes Medina. What makes this property an absolute standout is its prime logistical advantage—it is an exceptionally short walk from the parking area, which completely eliminates the usual struggle of carrying luggage in the ancient city. It’s a rare and highly valuable asset for road trippers. ​Furthermore, the host's hospitality was far beyond our expectations. They generously treated our family to a complimentary, authentic Iftar (Ftour) dinner. This warm cultural inclusion made us feel incredibly welcomed. A flawless 10/10 experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking both deep cultural authenticity and logistical convenience!

Pros: I had an upgrade to my room and I felt like a King , the breakfast was excellent , the riad was like a palace , in a quiet ' road ', only 3 minutes walking to bab boujloud , definitely I would stay there again.

Cons: The last day the pressure of the hot water was very low .

Pros: Riad Lalla Zoubida is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning interior full of charm. Our room was large, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and very abundant, with a wide variety of options — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Ayoub, the manager, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he helped us with everything and made sure we felt comfortable and welcome at all times. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again.

Pros: The location was excellent and very near to hotel batha and the blue gate, not too deep into the medina of fes. The host was exceptional, Mr. Ahmed made sure everything was comfortable and pleasant. The room was good and warm water, warm blankets were provided for the cold weather. Food prepared by the staff was tasty too and it was plentiful. Lastly, the guide arranged by the riad Mr. Mohammad was excellent and helpful in understanding the medina of fes and many other things. I would definitely recommend him as a guide for anyone wanting to know about fes.

Cons: There's nothing much to not like regarding the place or the stay experience really. It's just that it's not a 'riad' in the true sense, A traditional riad translates to \

Pros: Beautiful, palatial riad, felt four-star hotel in many aspects. Close to a cheap underground parkin, the staff met us there. Really friendly feeling overall. The room was spacious and everything well kept and clean.

Pros: Our stay in Fes was absolutely perfect. The accommodation was stunning, but what truly made the difference was our host. Their hospitality was second to none, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. Everything was spotless, the atmosphere was magical, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are visiting Fes, this is the place to be!

Pros: The breakfast and the coffee were very good and held in comfortable surroundings. We were upgraded to an enormous family suite for the second night which was a lovely surprise. Thanks very much for everything!
