A wonderful stay in an impressive house with a beautiful garden

Pros: Villa Koutoubia was the perfect way to relax after the hustle and bustle of the Marrakech Medina, and a short stay in the Zagora desert. The house is impressive with large rooms, and very comfortable beds. The outside area is tremendous with beautiful tended gardens, a pool perfect for swimming laps with lots of sunbathing space, a gym and even a ready made area for playing pétanque. The hammam is a special extra touch, although we chose not to use. We took the decision to have lunch and supper catered for us Moroccan style by Fatima and the other staff for an additonal fee...a very good decision as the food was delicious, in fact the best we had tasted in Marrakech. Communication with Sybille was very efficient, so took out any stress from ensuring our arrival went smoothly.

Cons: I got caught out by not reading some of the very small print that required a €1000 deposit. First time I have had this (assume because of issues with breakages by previous visitors), and it was not obvious, but in the end no issue as this was managed online. Shower in one of the downstairs bedrooms had a weak flow of water and struggled to run hot

Dream holiday for a group of friends

Pros: Our group of 10 had a dream holiday at Villa Koutoubia. We are incredibly grateful to Fatima and her team for looking after us so well. Everything was simply above our expectations. The property is stunning, the facilities are outstanding, the grounds are spacious and perfectly maintained. We also had a bus organised for us and multiple tours organised by Abdou. We had meals in the villa and they were beautifully prepared. If you happen to read this review, don't even hesitate to book this property. It's perfect for a group of friends or a family gathering. Thanks again Fatima and team, we really appreciate your hard work and patience! Thanks for making this the perfect holiday for us.

A venue I would recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves!

Pros: The property was fantastic which suited our groups needs, including pool, gym facilities and sauna! The team on-site led by Fatima were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided lovely breakfast and dinners and adjusted times of these to suit our daily schedules. The property is approximately 30/40 minutes drive from central Marrakesh which we were slightly worried might cause use problems. Although, for all trips we made we used a taxi company recommended by Sybille, the taxi company led by Abdou bent over backwards to accommodate our plans and would wait between locations and always arrived with the greatest of promptness.

Pros: La villa est très belle avec un magnifique jardin. De plus, le personnel de la villa était très agréable : mention spéciale à Fatima la Gouvernante et Wafa la Cuisinière.

Cons: Le petit point négatif ce sont les 30 minutes de trajet jusqu’au centre ville.

Merveilleux

Pros: Tout! La villa, le jardin, et le personnel ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Koutoubia. La maison et le jardin sont sublimes. Les petits déjeuner au top! Et le personnel était au petit soin. Nous remercions infiniment Fatima pour sa gentillesse, son hospitalité, son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette villa avec grand plaisir si nous avons l’occasion de revenir sur Marrakech. Et nous ne manquerons pas de recommander votre villa. Cons: Rien tout était parfait

Fijn met een grote familie te bezoeken.

Pros: Fatima de housekeeping was erg aardig en hielp met alles.

Cons: De locatie is vrij ver van het centrum.

Pros: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille , le personnel était au petit soin, le cadre était très agréable, un magnifique jardin très bien entretenu . La gouvernante Fatima est une personne très doué et très serviable . Nous avons hâte de refaire cette expérience.

Parfait de A à Z

Pros: La villa est très belle, spacieuse et confortable ! Le personnel accueillant et adorable, toujours la pour nous chouchouter. La propriétaire a été très à l’écoute pour préparer notre voyage. Fatima s’est très bien occupée de nous tous. Et Abdou a été présent pour gérer tous nos trajets avec gentillesse. Un grand merci à tout le monde, j’ai pu profiter pleinement de mes 30ans avec mes amis
