Pros: The owners was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and they was able to serve me really early as I needed to leave early. The dunes are only a few minutes walk away. Cannot recommend enough!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The stuff was very helpful and willig. The rooms were large and the food was delicious and big! If you go in summer make sure your AC is working properly in the room. We got a cooled bottle of Pepsi as a welcome drink. :-)

Cons: The stuff seemed not to have expected our arrival. We had to ask for a toalet paper, the light in the bathroom did not work. The AC in the first room did not work, but the stuff was willing to give us a better one.

Lovely break from big cities

Pros: Staff really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Huge room with heat and air. Really quiet at night. Access to 2 roof decks one above the room and one in the other building. There is also an indoor shared lounge. Bathroom in good condition. Daily cleaning and they did laundry for us. Restaurant on site with good quality and prices. Will be even better once the pool and construction finished. Location is terrific as is 5 minute walk to oasis and not much more to the dunes. Main square about the same. Good for people travelling without a car. They even arranged a ride in a shared van to Ouarzazate. Liked it so much extended our stay.

Cons: Bed extremely firm but seems it is a Moroccan thing. No shampoo. Wifi not great but we assume the owner will rectify in the future because we brought it to his attention. They are just getting started.

Pros: Nous avons été logés dans l'hôtel familial qui est très et luxueux. Prestations de très haute qualité. Dîner et petit-déjeuner extraordinairement généreux. Proche à pieds des dunes (20 minutes). Chambre très spacieuse et élégante.

Pros: L’accueil, la simplicité des jeunes propriétaires et leur désir de bien faire. La décoration est soignée et les chambres vastes et agréables. La piscine est un plus en période chaude.

Pros: Das Hotel selbst ist, was Sauberkeit, Komfort, Frühstück, Geräumigkeit, Gemütlichkeit, Ambiente etc. angeht, äußerst gefällig und nahezu umschlagbar in Preis-Leistung (€16/Pers. incl. Frühstück in 04.2025). Also echt schön!

Cons: Der einzige Kritikpunkt (und dafür kann das Hotel eigentlich nichts) ist der Quad-Verleih mit regem Verkehr unten im Erdgeschoss. Quads sind unfassbar laut und sehr störend. Ich bin selber Motorradfahrer und auch mit diesem bis nach Marokko gefahren, aber Quads und Buggies sind (nicht nur) in Merzouga zur Seuche geworden. Das Hotel ist zweigeteilt: Rezeption mit Restaurant und Souvenir-Shop in einem Haus, während die eigentlichen Zimmer des Hotels (50m entfernt) in einem zweiten Haus im 1. OG (incl. Quad-Verleih im EG) sind.

Pros: Tout. Accueil au top. Le personnel est serviable, souriant, au top! L appartement est très spacieux. Super bien situé par rapport aux dunes. On peut y aller à pied, et ils prêtent un snowboard. Très bon petit déjeuner Possibilité de faire des activités a départ de l hôtel.
