Pros: Very nice place, very typical. Amazing terrace with view. Also the stuff was very welcoming and ready to help.

Cons: There were no electrical outlets in the room, only a USB port, so we had to charge our phones in the lobby. Also, the water was only slightly warm, so we were not able to take a shower, especially since it was very cold both in the room and outside.

Pros: The experience in the village is amazing. Sunrise from the mountain is amazing. Beautiful friendly host. Diner is nice. Kasbah is beautiful.

Fairytale location

Pros: Location is exquisite. Owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are tasteful and despite the cold at night we were comfortable. Breakfast was good

Cons: Nothing about the property but some clearer instructions on how to get there from the car park and avoid the payment to enter the kasbah would be great

Great stay in the middle of the ksar

Pros: Kasbah El Hajja is more than an accommodation, it's an experience. Having the chance to stay in an old authentic Berber house was really awesome. The owner is very nice and helpful, good communication from start to end. Loved the authentic interior and rooftop terrace. We also opted for dinner there, in order to have the whole experience.

Cons: It's not the accommodation fault, but you need to know that in the winter it's pretty cold in the rooms, just be prepared with warm clothes. Be mindful that there is no electricity, we knew that and it wasn't a problem for us.

Highly recommend - you want this experience.

Pros: The location was an unexpected and wonderful surprise — the listing doesn’t fully reveal how special and unique the setting truly is, and it made the whole stay feel exclusive and memorable. The interior and décor were exactly what you’d hope for to feel immersed in Morocco, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout. The dinners were also excellent and added a perfect finishing touch to the experience.

Cons: The bathroom is quite basic, and there was occasionally a slight smell and low water pressure — something that’s understandable given the location. Just worth knowing that the shower isn’t at a luxury level, so guests shouldn’t expect that standard. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Pros: beautiful place, amazing location, room was nice and comfortable. the food was amazing!

Cons: because of the historic location, wifi wasnt always great. there were no electric plugs--just USB plugs for charging. the hotel warned us of this in advance, so I was sure to have USB connections as well as back up battery chargers. these worked great. just make sure you are ready for this and all will be well!
