Pros: Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Very quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the town. Room was extremely spacious and very luxurious for the price.
Cons: Pool could have been cleaner. Buffet style dinner was ok but not brilliant.

Good value for money. Excellent views from the premises. Very welcoming host at the reception
Pros: Excellent host at the reception. Tried everything to make us happy. Unfortunately there is only one room with 4 beds which has no view, but the host did everything and even suggested 2 double rooms without any extra charge. Breakfast was good. The view from the premises overlooking the valley was breath taking.

Pros: A beautiful location above the valley, perfect to explore the surroundings, and a beautiful kasbah on the inside. Nice dinner and breakfast options, though we still had to pay 15 euros for each of the 2 children when they tried a tiny portion of rice (2 spoons) but stopped eating immediately after. Beautiful rooms with closed (walled) balconies. Nice swimming pool area.
Cons: Eve though we booked a room with a double bed and 2 twin beds, our room for 2 + 2 grown up children had only one double bed and some small sofas in the 1,00 - 1,20 m length (adapted for small babies). We have been given a far away room in the back of the main building, among the bus drivers rooms, which was of a different standard.

This was a very luxurious facility with a lovely pool. In winter the water is too cold.
Pros: The location is spectacular, with a magnificent view on the Atlas mountains and the Dades Gorge not far from here.

A palatial family owned establishment with excellent facilities.
Pros: A palatial family owned establishment with excellent facilities, built on the edge of a cliff overlooking the town and there also incredible views over the Atlas Mountains. Some rooms are built into 2500 year old caves which are very interesting. Rooms are luxurious, spacious and comfortable. Staff very welcoming.

Luxurious but awkwardly colonial domain
Pros: Beautiful location. We hadn't really expected this, but it's an entire huge walled domain, with all sorts of places where you relax, a huge central swimming pool, etc. The food - both the (included) breakfast and (paid) luch - are all-you-can-eat buffets, and were truly delicious; we advise to eat there!
Cons: The whole place is drenched in this awkward colonial vibe. If only they'd ditch those costumes for their personnel, and refurbished the dining room, removing all that cloth.

Pros: Kasbah Tizzarouine is a large facility catered towards stopovers of travel groups. It is a nice hotel spread out over a fairly large property. The dinner and breakfast buffets were good and provided a variety of Moroccan and European food. The view from the property over the mountains is amazing.
Cons: Reception and staff were rather formal. No tea was offered and no helping hand finding our room or carrying luggage to.our room. This is perhaps not the best place for individual travellers, but still a good place to relax and enjoy the space.

A good location for exploring the Dades valley. Comfortable accommodation.
Pros: A good location just out of town with views across the valley. A large complex of buildings and courtyards with plenty of space to relax. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cave rooms as expected with all facilities and heaters for the cold nights.
Cons: The Cave rooms were as expected - quite small but with heaters and all facilities. A bit of a walk from the car park with a few sets of steep steps to reach them. The dining room was unheated so at dinner everyone had to wear outdoor hats and coats to keep warm - although this was during an exceptionally cold spell. We should have been warned that they would not accept Visa card payments, even though it was stated that they did on the booking information. We had to make a trip to a bank to withdraw enough cash for a four night stay.
