Stunning riad with a fantastic pool. Super helpful staff.

Pros: A stunning riad a few miles outside of Ouarzazate. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the pool is magnificent.

Pros: Stunning setting out in the desert. Lovely old kasbah building- nice room. Good breakfast, great dinner and friendly staff.

Pros: The room was huge and a very large comfortable bed , Food was excellent, table service for dinner and buffet breakfast with a really good selection , the pool was nice and very clean as was all places .

Cons: The road in to the Hotel was littered with smelly overflowing industrial bins , It makes you wonder what kind of place you are going too , I know this is no fault of the hotel so don't be put off , it's amazing when you get there .

Fantastic view

Pros: The view of swimming pool is unique. They don’t provide napkins or water in room, WiFi is poor, despite these I think it’s worth the money.

Cons: Shower water is not warm enough.

Exceptional

Pros: Very clean place. The views from the pool are exceptional. I love the fountain in the middle of the kasbah. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of help from Mustapha and Hassan. I recommend this place to everyone who likes a more luxurious Kasbah. Will be coming back definitely

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the decor was absolutely stunning—elegant yet cozy, with a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan style and modern touches. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived super late at 22:30 , and they even made dinner for us. Because we were stuck in the Atlas in 30cm of snow. We keep good contact with each other , so they know what time we will arrive. They even organise a private taxi for us to see some beautiful treasures;) super kind people wish I stayed longer than just 10 ours We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and serene stay in the heart of the Soul

Pros: The staff! As a solo traveler by bike and tent, I from time to time book a hotel for laundry, little bike repairs, a shower etc.. All this and more was read from my lips, especially by Zouhair and Hassane - thanks guys, keep up this extraordinary hospitality!

Lovely kasbah design, friendly staff and beautiful relaxing views, a great choice!

Pros: Lovely design, quiet location with great views from the rooftop (get up to see the sunrise over the Atlas Mountains!), beautiful swimming pool (too cold for December but looks super enticing for summer), nicely decorated rooms (warm and with no problems with hot water in winter), tasty food, super friendly staff (especially Hassan) - and a resident tortoise.

Cons: Would have been nice to have some fruit for breakfast (but seems not common in Morocco), and nothing special laid on for New Year’s Eve.
