Calm, clean, friendly, quiet and a much needed oasis.

Pros: It is an oasis of calm hidden behind a pretty wooden door. Very clean with delightful outside areas around the pool and terrace. The bedroom is also very comfortable with a great warm shower and huge bed. I ate the dinner here too, which was one of the best I’ve had. It felt local and made with care. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you.

Cons: Nothing really. I was only passing through so don’t know much about the area, but the property was a great retreat for 24hrs

Fantastic property! Worth a stay

Cons: Location is a little outside of the Main street but manageable

Cons: Nothing all was perfect

Pros: This is a hidden gem in Ouarzarzate. From the moment, I stepped in the door, I was treated as if I was at home. I felt so relaxed, it's charming and peaceful. It was just what I needed to relax for a few days. I woke up to birdsong everyday. I will be back!

Cons: The hotel is expanding and building new rooms. It will be so exciting to see it finished.

Beautiful traditonal Riad

Pros: A traditional, beautiful Riad a short walk from the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Riad was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed traditional Moroccan breakfast which was excellent.

Absolutely wonderful stay with amazing staff, couldn’t do enough for us in their beautiful hotel

Pros: The property had kindly emailed to offer transportation from the airport, the driver was waiting for us. We were taken to the hotel. The approach to the hotel wasn’t what I was expecting but when we arrived at the hotel and taken in with such a warm welcome! Oh my goodness the courtyard was beautiful, an absolute haven. Everything was so clean. The room was a pretty typical Moroccan style room. The food was delicious and beautifully served. The chef certainly served a beautiful crème caramel. We also booked the driver to take us out on a tour of the Valley de Rosa and Gorges de Dades. He made it a great day, taking great care of us and taking us to a restaurant with an amazing view for lunch. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay amazing. The young lady at reception and the young man who served us our meals were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons: Not really something that I didn’t like because the hotel was an absolutely beautiful haven with a wonderful courtyard but The hotel is a way out of the centre but the hotel offer great support to get anywhere with their transport.

Pros: The place is like a little hidden oasis. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and overlooking a lush garden with a pool. Most of all, the staff are kind, generous and attentive and care about your experience. Ismail, the host, is charming and caring and was true helpful and kind. I highly recommend

Tranquil and relaxing stay

Pros: A very tranquil riad. Entering the riad felt like entering an isolated realm, where you instantly feel calmness and hospitality.

Pros: Nice comfortable accommodation with wonderful friendly staff. Room was nice and the air-conditioner heated the room well. Bathroom small but comfortable and the shower had good water flow and was nice and hot on some very cool days. Bed was firm but I managed to sleep fine. Breakfast was substantial and enjoyable. We ate in one night and the meal was excellent. It is a little away from the main town and down and unsealed road but has parking opposite (non-secure)

Pros: Nice and attentive staff. Beautiful little courtyard. Comfortable room with adequate shower.

Cons: In the middle of a neighborhood with only dirt roads but as soon as you enter the door you have forgotten that.
